Pros:

Were can I start. Rooms bedding not cleaned. I BOOKED WITH BREAKFAST AS EVEDENCE PROOF AND ACTION TO FOLLOW.

I HAVE CLAIMED COMPENSATION HOTEL OS BLAMING BOOKING. COM BUT I WILL TAKE IT TO HIGHER AUTHORITY.

TOILET / SHOWER NOT CLEAN. NOISE LEVELS EXTREMELY NOISEY AND LOUD BANGING THROUGH THE NIGHT. After reporting 4 to 5 times politely no ACTION was taken.

I will need satisfactory outcome to compensate inconvenience.

Will not use again.

Cheating experience to my comfort level
Pros:

Waste of money to book in fab hotels via booking .com
Without consultation fab hotels cancelled my booking and accommodate in third class guest house.

Cons:

500/- rs rooms are given to me at the rate of 3300/-

Bad service by booking.com and the hotel
Pros:

It was all ok Nothing special, toilet accessories are in bad shape , specially the shower nob , and toilet jet .

Cons:

1st. This is my last booking with booking.com, bad experience, my booking status states free breakfast, and in the morning the reception person said , it's not included, i showed him on my mobile (breakfast)still he denied, tried calling booking.com helpline but none of the phone numbers provided not working, worst experience ever ,

Just ok for an overnight stay when you spend most of your time outside.
Pros:

The room shown on booking.com showing 2 separate beds when selecting deluxe room is not correct. We thought we would have 2 big beds to accommodate 3 adults and 1 child. However that was not the case. Also bathroom fittings were not working particularly the shower. However for us as we reached around 9 pm and left around 8:30 am the room was ok.
