I really enjoyed the ambience, location and the staff at the hotel; they were all very friendly. I had visited Jaipur before with my mother, but as a small 6-year-old child, but today I had returned as an adult, partly for business and partly to experience the culture. I really loved the travel to visiting the various forts as well. My meeting had to be rescheduled twice as I was also travelling for business, but it was worth it. I unfortunately fell ill and contracted food poisoning on one of the days due to something I had ordered on the app "Zomato", but I managed to recover fully. Despite being ill, I was looked after by the staff, who went above and beyond to offer me lemon water with salt and pepper and sparkling water. I highly recommend that those staying in the hotel stick with the hotel food. To name a few of the Staff who had looked after me and treated me well, "Gaurav, Shahid, Akash, Riya, Isha and Hanshika", and then the room cleaning team, along with the team at the security front desk, they had all looked after me really well. I cannot thank them enough. Despite being ill and sick from food poisoning, I still went in the evening to have some traditional Rajasthani food at a place called Chokhidhani. I must admit, the food was amazing, and the cultural activities showcased in the evening really felt as though we had gone back in time.
The only downside I think was the hotel's location; it felt quite far from the airport, and the bathroom door had been stuck on with foam rather than fixed. We also had an issue with the Uber driver we had stuck with; his name was Manish. It appears we had agreed on a fixed price to visit places like Agra, Jodhpur, Pushkar, and Ajmer. However, we had only realised that the price for Agra was not fixed and that extra charges were included; therefore, we were very disappointed, as it made us feel that all Uber and taxi drivers were like that. Also in addition to this the day i was unable to travel, that same driver kept on harassing and calling my mother for anothe trip we had planned but since I had fallen ill we were not able to commit, instead showing empathy he demanded payment for the trip we were not able to fullfull. Another aspect of what I didn't like about the trip was the guides forcing themselves upon you, little did they know I can converse very well in Hindi, Punjabi and Gujarati.
The staff was professional, courteous, and very attentive. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and well organized. Housekeeping maintained high standards of cleanliness, and the staff was always ready to assist with a warm attitude.
The staff is polite and very accommodating. We stayed there for a single day and ended up checking in after 5PM, they were extremely sweet about letting us check out at 3 PM the next day.
I’d forgotten my chain in the room and only remembered when i’d checked out and left, they located it for me and handed it to me. Such honesty and genuinity is a rare occurrence in today’s date

Very good quality of hotel.
Service and food
Liked everything
It’s pretty close to the airport and away from the noise of the city and the rooms are clean and spacious!
The staff to me was a mess, during check in the staff was just standing around even though the check in desk staff were overwhelmed. I was asked wait at the bar nearby and I quickly realized nobody was keeping track of anyone’s place in line and it was just survival of the boldest. I had to call out the attendant staff and ask them if there’s any sort of order to have them take care of it. Also I double checked with the front desk staff about food from outside and they said it was fine, however when I went to receive the said food, the same security staff who let me out of the front door wanted to know all my details to let me back in, I felt personally rebuked for bringing outside food in. Other than that, the staff were generally helpful. But small moments like these add up and lead to an unpleasant experience
Ambience interior vibes good overall
Nothing as such
