Amazing Hospitality, MUST STAY IN JAIPUR !!
Pros:

recently travelled to Jaipur with my family of 6 (two 70+ kids, 2 teenagers and my wife). Although booking.com cancelled my reservation upon arrival without informing me, Novotel team (Eshaan Goel) made sure that I had a confirmed booking and that too at the lower price than booking (wherein he had all the liberty to take advantage of my situation) He ensured I wasn’t stranded on the road with my family. Not only this, the entire staff (Akshay, Sachin, master chef Chetan, Nikhil Bhatia) gave all of us a lifetime hospitality experience serving us new cuisines every single evening. Hats off to the hotel driver Sonu Meena for being a superb tour guide for us. Thank you so much team Novotel for hiring such gems who take hospitality to the next level. Whoever is reading this, Novotel Jaipur is a MUST STAY AND MUST EXPERIENCE for everyone.

Cons:

I didn't like the bottled water. I would have preferred mineral water as i think i caught a bug. Either from their the food but most probably the water.
When a person travels from abroad they have no time to get mineral water.. it is expected in the hotel not their own purified water.
