Cons:

Food is absolute No, Really Bad,

Housekeeping, Cleanliness and Hotel staff is major issue, They play famous office office Hindi series with the customers

Amazing Experience
Pros:

The floating clouds across the swimming pool and property was awesome experience. Staff were polite and co-oprative.

Really bad experience, wouldn’t recommend
Pros:

It has great potential but it’s a long way from being ready

Cons:

We were a group of 13 and 9 of us got food poisoning from the hotel restaurant on the first night, which made us miss Day 1 of the test cricket that we went to see. The hotel was freezing. Tiny little heater available on request, didn’t really do anything. Corridors and stairs really cold and really dirty. Restaurant freezing. One heater that didn’t work, doors wide open. No bar or alcohol, even though this was advertised said they don’t have an alcohol licence. The swimming pool was closed and green, even though advertised. The “rooms with a view” were blocked by other properties and their generators on roofs. We left early cos we were all so sick and the cold wasn’t helping. Staff did refund the days we didn’t stay, so that was good. Hotel has loads of potential but it feels like it’s not ready to be open yet

Pros:

Swimming pool in winter was amazing experience the surroundings were breathtaking like snowy mountains & infinity valley views. The sunset view from the room was beautiful. The room service was great by the friendly staff. Special thanks to Mr Hardin who helped me with the local sightseeing

View of Sunset and Snow mountains from Room
Pros:

The food was good and friendly staff provided awesome services. The best thing of this is the view of snow mountains and the sunset from the private balcony is out of the world.

Cons:

I didn't felt any negative point.
