Everything was good
There is nothing which u dont like
Excellent location in terms of being close to Mussoorie Mall Rd and other attractions. Hotel is nice with fabulous mountain views from the room and main terrace. Staff is very friendly, courteous and customer oriented. All types of services are prompt and up to mark. Breakfast. Ample space for car parking. This property is worth considering and one cannot afford to miss it. Overall a very comfortable and pleasant stay.

Bathroom fittings is just below average tap points leaking.. Cleanliness is average. Just average hotel for average stay better pay 2-3k extra and take luxurious room in better place.
Nothing. After much argument and scolding to the staff there, Anil from restaurant was kind and did good room service for food.
Everything. Firstly, when I reached Sumit (an old fellow) who had no courtesy of handling a reception checked me into some room after confirming that I am traveling alone. The room was in -2 where they had laundry and garbage. When I complained he had the audacity to say that other rooms are for family. I had to raise my voice literally to tell him to give me the room that I have booked. After 1 hour, I was shifted to the room of my choice. The old fellow was not even apologetic for his male chauvinism and stereotypical behaviour being a hotel staff. The next day they did not do house keeping of my room until I returned and gave another earful, waited in the restaurant for 30 mins. POOR SERVICE POOR STAFF. NOT RECOMMENDED FOR WOMEN TRAVELERS OR EXPLORERS. THEY ARE NOT QUALIFIED IN HOTEL MANAGEMENT. IT IS NOT A RESORT, 70% OF THE MENU IS NOT EVEN AVAILABLE. IT WAS HOTEL CHANDSEENA, NOW RENAMED ONLINE AS A FAKE RESORT.
This is the best place to stay in Mussoorie. Stop looking for other places, this is it. The views are jaw dropping and on clear days, the snow peaks are visible in the distance. The staff are attentive and honest and will set up transport to and from airport and they will also get you up with a Scooty if you want a daily rental. They are knowledgeable and will make it their job to see you happy. This is the ONLY place in Mussoorie that we will stay. We are so grateful for their hospitality.
The location is quiet and the rooms have nice valley views. The dinner is very good while the breakfast is mediocre. The staff is quite friendly and obliging.
However the meal timings are quite late. Breakfast is served at 8:30am while the dinner typically does not arrive until after 9pm.

Friendly staff and spacious room. The view from balcony was mesmerising. Very affordable and well located. I would recommend this property for those looking for peaceful stay and worth enjoying views from the balcony.
East facing view from the balcony which gave us a priceless view of the sunrise over the mountains from the comfort of our beds! Very polite and accommodating staff as well who made our stay very pleasurable! We had opted for a super King size room with dinner option which was a la carte. Really good portion sizes for the extra price we spent on dinner for 3 people even though the dish choices were limited. The extra blanket we asked for was a bit dirty but housekeeping quickly replaced it with a clean one. The polite and helpful staff made our stay very pleasant and worthwhile and the excellent view was just the cherry on top, especially for the price we paid!
Our room had a slight musty smell but nothing too unbearable. The view made up for it though!
Hotel exterior and spacing is very good. Huge big terrace and sufficient parking.
Food quality is below average for vegetarian and bad for non vegetarian. Prices are too high for food while quality doesn't reflect so. Other than food quality Breakfast menu is very limited. Sour curd and half baked Paratha can't set a good time of your day.
