Had a wonderful stay at Zain Grande! From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, courteous, and extremely helpful. The rooms were spacious, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day.
The ambience of the hotel is elegant yet welcoming, and the facilities are well maintained. Room service was prompt, and housekeeping was excellent throughout our stay.
The location is also convenient, with easy access to key areas of Chennai. Overall, Zain Grande offers great value for money with its combination of comfort, service, and hospitality. Highly recommended for both family stays and business trips — would definitely choose this hotel again!

Very close to Chennai Central. Good place to stay. Situated just side of the A2B restaurant, so no worry about eating. Even the property is next to Domino's outlet.

I didn’t really like anything about this place except the location. We stayed for two days, and the experience was very disappointing. The TV didn’t work, and even after multiple complaints, no one bothered to fix it. From the second day, the AC also stopped working. The receptionist — an elderly man — was consistently rude and lacked basic customer service skills. Whenever we raised an issue, he would scold us instead of helping. Most of the room boys also seemed to be under 18. Overall, the customer support was extremely poor, and the entire stay felt very unprofessional.
