otelin merkeze uzak olması rezervasyon öncesinde biraz korkutmuştu.ancak ulaşım ve direk otel önünden kalkan araçlar sayesinde hiçbir sorun yaşamadık.Otel çevresinde tüm mağazalar yürüme mesafesinde olduğundan alışveriş olarak da tüm ihtiyaçları karşılıyor.Özellikle Türkiyeden gelecek müsafirler için resepsiyon görevlisi Özgür bey büyük bir şans,yardımcı olması,samimiyeti ve her konuda soru sorableceğiniz görevi olmamasına rağmen dışarıdaki ulaşımız ve soracağınız her soruya cevap alabileceğiniz birisidir.

Cons:

5 kişilik konaklama yaptık ayrı odalarda.kişisel olarak oda ve mutfak alanın biraz daha büyük olması kullanımı daha da kolaylaştırır.biraz dar ve haraket alanı kısıtlı (bu saddece bizim kullandığımız odalar için geçerli)

Le stanze sono di dimensioni adeguate con ampie finestre, bene il comfort acustico ed il riscaldamento, il bagno non è molto ampio ma lo spazio per la doccia è ottimo. Bene il wi-fi

Il parcheggio è comodo ma ad un prezzo elevato, il bagno non è molto grande, la colazione migliorabile

Μία έντιμη λύση διαμονής μακριά από το κέντρο της πόλης
Pros:

Ο κοινόχρηστος εσωτερικός χώρος ήταν πολύ άνετος και ιδανικός για χαλάρωση. Το πρωινό (μπουφές) ήταν ικανοποιητικό.

Cons:

Το δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ μικρό, τα δε μονά κρεββάτια ήταν τα πιο στενά που έχω δει ποτέ!

Ich komme trotz kleiner Mängel wieder.
Pros:

Kleines Apartment mit Küche, bezogen mit einer Person war super. Aufenthaltsräume und Zugang zu Kaffee/Tee.tolles Konzept.

Cons:

Ich war alleine und dafür war das Bett okay. Zu zweit wäre es eng gewesen. Nicht ausreichend Verdunkelbar. Hätte etwas weniger Staub haben können.Im Restaurant Abends nur Pizza. Aber es gibt ja Lieferdienste . Einige Wände im Flur könnten leider schon neue Farbe gebrauchen.

Gute Erreichbarkeit

Cons:

Parksituation: 20 € für einen Stellplatz pro Nacht ist für diese Lage außerhalb des Ballungsraums München nicht gerechtfertigt und ist Abzocke. Insbesondere nervt die Willkür, dass einige Fahrzeuge auf dem Vorplatz stehen bleiben dürfen, währenddessen andere Fahrzeuge mit Abschleppdrohung umgeparkt werden müssen. Zudem ist die Ausschilderung nicht eindeutig, was als Feuerwehr-Freifläche frei gehalten werden muss. Bitte hier um deutlichere Kennzeichung (z.B. farbliche Markierungen auf der Straße/Vorplatz) und Abschaffung von Willkür.

Trotz kleiner Mängel würden wir wiederkommen.
Pros:

Die Appartments liegen nah an Bushaltestellen. Umzu Geschäfte wie Drogerie und Lebensmittel da in einem kleinen Industriecentrum.
Es gibt Aufenthaltsflächen und jederzeit Kaffee / Tee. Also das Haus hat ein schönes Konzept. Wir waren im 5 Stock und es war sehr ruhig. Parkgarage mit leichtem Zugang und E - Ladestation. Frühstück okay.

Cons:

Ausblick kann man nicht erwarten trotz schönem Balkon.Das Appartment hatte sehr viel Dreck/ Staub unterm Sofa und Bett. Die Lüftungsanlage / Heizung war zwischendurch sehr kühl und es zog.Die Lüftungsanlage im Bad läuft dauer. Hier wären technische Erklärungen zur Bedienung schön.Das Sofa wird bei 3 Personen zum Etagenbett gebaut , welches wackelig und sehr schmal ist. Die Doppelbetten sind sehr schmall.Gardinen hingen schon von der Stange was das Reinigungspersonal hätte sehen müssen. Leider gibt es nicht genügend Verdunkelung .

Ok pour un déplacement PRO
Pros:

Voyage pour un congrès à l'Allianz Arena - cet "hotel" était le plus proche / meilleur rapport qualité/prix
Salle de bain bien équipée
Le bâtiment semble récent

Cons:

Assez compliqué de trouver l'entrée en voiture
Appart/hôtel : pas de service comme dans un hôtel classique comme le ménage tous les jours
On se croit dans une auberge de jeunesse avec des gens partout dans les couloirs
Clé qui se désactive tous les jours et nécessite de repasser par l'accueil

Hotel mit einem guten Konzept
Pros:

Wir waren begeistert von dem minimalistischen Einrichtungsstil der Zimmer. Kein Schnick-Schnack und alles da, was man braucht. Das Frühstück war ausreichend, uns hat etwas Abwechslung gefehlt (evtl. Fisch, Weißwurst, Brezel, Vollkornbrot, gekochtes Ei o.ä...).
Das Personal im gesamten Hotel (Rezeption, Frühstücksservice, Housekeeping...) war sehr motiviert, immer freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Eine Bushaltestelle befindet sich direkt vor dem Hotel und die Straßenbahn ist innerhalb von 10 min. fußläufig erreichbar.

Cons:

Es gab nur am Ankunftstag Kaffee auf dem Zimmer, Roomservice war nicht täglich, ist aber sicher auch eine Frage des Preises.
