Super bien situé en plein cœur de la vieille ville d’Antalya.
Chambre moderne, refaite à neuf, literie au top
Petit déjeuner excellent et fait maison.
La piscine est agréable et le restaurant italien est très bon si cela vous tente
Si booking le permettait nous aurions mis 9,5 pour plusieurs raisons :
Il faut savoir que le bâtiment est scindé en deux. Nous étions dans le second bâtiment à une bonne minute de marche et la où il n’y a pas la piscine ni le petit dej. Il faut juste le savoir car nous avons été surpris.
L’insonorisation n’est pas très bonne. Nous entendions les conversations dans le couloir
Le petit déjeuner a été le même exactement pendant les trois jours. C’est dommage.
The location was excellent, right in the heart of Antalya’s Old Town and within walking distance of everything we wanted to see and do. It was perfect for a long weekend getaway. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. Before our arrival, I contacted the hotel because we were traveling on my husband’s birthday and asked whether they could leave a small cake in the room. They went far beyond our expectations, decorating the room with balloons and birthday decorations as well. It was such a thoughtful surprise and made his birthday extra special. Thank you to the wonderful staff for making that happen.
The hotel itself is beautiful and full of character. The room we booked was located in a separate historic building from the main hotel, which was a unique and interesting experience. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice, and the restaurant offered an extensive menu. The pool was also a lovely place to unwind after a day of exploring the city. Check-in and check-out were both smooth and hassle-free. The room was well equipped and the toiletries provided were excellent, with everything you could possibly need.
We stayed in one of the street-level rooms with a private courtyard. While we enjoyed the room overall, it could benefit from better soundproofing. There was an air conditioning or HVAC unit located directly outside the room which created a constant humming noise. The street itself is very picturesque and popular with tourists, so people frequently stopped outside the windows and door to take photos. This didn’t personally bother us, but it is something future guests may want to be aware of if they are looking for a quieter stay.
Die Lage war gut- Hotel im Zentrum. Leider wurden wir immer wieder in der Nacht geweckt, weil es sehr viel los auf der Straße war.
Es gab eine Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer- das war toll.
Als ich während meines Aufenthaltes Geburtstag hatte, habe ich ein Stück Kuchen bekommen. Vielen Dank für die Aufmerksamkeit :)
Wir mussten am Anfang nach einem Umzug fragen, weil das erste Zimmer gleich an dem Restaurant angrenzte und es gab einen unschönen Geruch und ein lautes Gerät von der Küche, dass uns gestört hat. Die Mitarbeiter haben den Umzug nach einer Diskussion ermöglicht. Das neue Zimmer war leider dunkel und sehr hellhörig. Wenn unsere Nachbarn im Bad waren, konnten wir es laut bei uns hören. Der Kühlschrank für Minibar war leider defekt und da lief Wasser aus- wir haben es gemeldet, aber es konnte anscheinend nicht repariert werden.
Es gibt nicht die Möglichkeit ein Bügeleisen und ein Bügelbrett aufs Zimmer zu bekommen- Schade.
Und am Abreisetag ist etwas seltsames passiert. Da unser Flieger sehr früh startete, mussten wir um 5 Uhr schon raus. Da wir etwas spät dran waren und alles bereits bezahlt war, sind wir direkt zum Taxi gelaufen und wir wollten per WhatsApp nachher schreiben, dass wir auschecken wollen. Das seltsame war, dass uns ein Mitarbeiter nachgelaufen ist, als ob wir unsere Rechnung nicht bezahlt hätten. Die KeyCard haben wir auf dem Zimmer liegen lassen, damit sie wieder genutzt werden kann. Diese Aktion hat echt ein komisches Gefühl hinterlassen.
房间很大 屋内有抽纸（土耳其酒店大多不提供）浴室内的洗浴用品和身体乳都非常好用 早餐在土耳其餐厅吃 意大利餐厅不提供 离哈德良门很近 去T1电车站走路十分钟左右 坐电车去机场五十分钟 不会堵车 十分方便
High end level of services, room are perfectly designed in an historic house. Right in the Middle of old town could not be more perfectly located. We warmly recommend Belmondo suites.

The location, the restaurants, the breakfast, our room (125), and especially the staff!! Big shoutout to Metin Sasa, Esin, they made our experience so special and memorable. We hope to stay here again someday and would highly recommend this place, it's a GEM!

設備好房間大，我們住的房間剛完成整修不久。位於老城區的中心位置，離哈德良門走路只要3分鐘，走到海濱大約五6分鐘。
櫃檯親切溝通能力強，提出任何問題都能熱心解答。雖然沒有電梯，但有服務人員幫忙抬行李上下房間。
老城區晚上有不少酒吧隱約聽到喧嘩聲，但我們的房間位於後面，不會被影響算安靜。
