Pros:

Great location beautiful room and very clean and comfortable

Cons:

It was incredible noisy at night with a bar across the street playing very loud music until late into the night. We found it difficult to sleep. If you stay request a quiet room.

If the smell was sorted then the room, location and price would be perfect
Pros:

It was a lovely layout and attractive looking room
Staff very friendly and perfect location

Cons:

There was a terrible smell as we walked in the room which was coming from the drains in the bathroom.
This made the room uncomfortable to stay in

Lovely location but some improvements could be made!
Pros:

This was our second stay and the deluxe room was much bigger. The hotel is situated in two close buildings on the same street. This time we were in the building over the pizza restaurant (which does a great pizza, by the way). Staff super helpful as before in our previous stay.

Cons:

No door on bathroom! The bathroom is situated in a corner of the room so that a door is not necessary for visual privacy but no thought as to not wanting to hear everything someone is doing in there! Bring a travel kettle and teabags, too as there are no tea making facilities, only a coffee pod machine. I’m surprised at this as for British travellers, this is a must! The staff were very helpful proving us hot water in a flask we could fill up from the bar. However, all other hotels we stated at in Türkiye provided complimentary chai on tap so this is something to think about.

Lovely place to stay, staff fab
Pros:

Location great, room very pretty, staff were so lovely

Cons:

Internal room so no window or fresh air, if door was left open everyone walked past could c in and we were above the restaurant so the noise echo in until close. The air con was controlled by front office. It was set at 32 degrees. We had to keep asking for it to b reduced.

Lovely location and beautiful rooms
Pros:

Great location. Super staff. Beautiful rooms. Comfy beds. Luxurious bathrooms and decor.

Cons:

Unfortunately the location meant a lot of nighttime noise from the streets. I would recommend asking for a room that does not face onto street if you need quiet. We were also surprised to have only a coffee pod machine in our room. No tea making facilities as advertised. We had to ask to get a flask of hot water from the hotel bar and use our own teabags. Very expensive breakfast…we skipped that option.

Pros:

The staff is amazing, very helpful and accommodating. The hotel is very well located and all the facilities were clean.
I would definitely say its family friendly since our toddler was treated very well and was accommodated were possible

Love to return for a longer stay.
Pros:

Great place to stay. Fairly quiet. No problem steeping. Hare Restaurant and Belforno restaurants were excellent.
