Our host was very kind and provided us with information about everything even before our trip, and also booked for us the hot air balloon flight in advance. We arranged the airport transfer with him beforehand as well, and everything went smoothly.
The room was perfect, clean, tidy, pleasantly scented, with coffee, tea, and water prepared for us. Breakfast was included in the price of the accommodation; it was delicious and plentiful, offering both food and drinks. Not to mention the beautiful view from the breakfast terrace.
We were able to do the hot air balloon flight: unfortunately, it had to be canceled on one day due to the weather, but we managed to go the next day. On both days, the transfer arrived on time, we flew from a great location, and the accommodation handled the rescheduling for us.
They also organized an excursion for us, which was excellent. On the last day, after check-out, they stored our luggage until our bus departure.
We wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation to everyone! Everything was perfect, and the cats were absolutely adorable!
Upon arrival, our room was upgraded to a larger one, and we were offered an early check-in—both of which we truly appreciated. The staff were exceptionally welcoming. We even received thoughtful gifts from Aysel, the lovely owner, and outstanding support from Ebi, the gentleman who keeps the hotel running seamlessly. The hotel is cozy, offers an excellent breakfast, and features comfortable rooms. We will definitely return.
Emplacement idéal, à 5 mins à pied du centre de Goreme. Le personnel est très sympa, flexible et arrangeant. Très jolie chambre, petit déjeuner fabuleux, très copieux et varié chaque jour. Rapport qualité prix excellent, je recommande.

They said breakfast started at 8:30 but for 3 days straight we had to wait until 9:15 to be served. Unprepared every time
