Categories

Cleanliness
7
Mixed reports: generally good linen and room upkeep noted by several guests, but isolated reports of strong tobacco smell in a room and one account of a rundown property suggest inconsistent cleanliness standards.
Service
8.5
Staff are frequently described as wonderful, understanding and friendly; however, isolated issues include one report of no one at the front desk and language barriers that complicated communication for some guests.
Location
7.5
Set in tranquil surroundings with pleasant views, and convenient for some guests to the airport, but several guests found it farther than expected (~15–20 min) and noted it requires a vehicle and lacks a shuttle.
Room Quality
8.7
Multiple guests praised spacious, comfortable suites, quality beds, pillows and linens; a few comments reference small or inferior rooms at other properties but overall room quality at this hotel is strong.
Amenities
8.4
Good amenities including a pool, outdoor seating, spa and hamam; some guests noted that certain facilities (pool/sauna) may be chargeable, but overall facilities are viewed positively.
Value for Money
8.2
Several guests called it good or great value—particularly for stopovers—though a minority found it not worth recommending due to issues like distance and extra charges for amenities.
Food and Beverage
8.5
Breakfast and restaurant service received strong praise (notably an excellent chicken soup and generous breakfast spreads), though at least one guest found breakfast lacking.
Overall Experience
8
Overall predominantly positive guest experiences with many glowing testimonials about comfort and service, tempered by a few negative outliers (no front desk, construction nearby, room smell) that lowered consistency.

Fácil acesso desde o Aeroporto de Istambul
Pros:
