Pros:

We had high hopes for this property when we arrived around 8pm. Despite being pretty far out of the city, we stayed here to be close to the airport. The lobby was beautiful. However, it just went downhill from there. The lights were all out in the hallways and stairwells. Completely dark- maybe they are trying to save money on electricity? The room was oppressively hot when we entered and the air conditioning/fan was not working. We had to open all the windows to get some air flow. This led to dozens of mosquito bites. The bathroom HAD NOT BEEN CLEANED. There was hair and dried urine on the toilet rim. We were told the kitchen was closed and that the pool was “broken”. So we had no access to food (no restaurant for miles and good luck getting a taxi) and basically just had to stay put in the hot room. In hindsight we would have most definitely stayed somewhere else. The staff was sparse (but nice people), but it’s very evident that this new hotel is already in dire straights.

Very Practical Express hotel. Not for a vacation
Pros:

Very pratical and minimalist. Simply to service the purpose of a short stay next to the airport. The area is quiet and pleasant but there's no markets or restaurants for a long distance. Breakfast is very minimal. The pool is small and has little privacy, it feels more like a family pool than a public pool. There's little attention to details that need maintaince like curtains and exhaust fans. Cleaning is good. The lake view rooms actually see a very far narrow spot of the lake, so it's not actually lake view. I wouldn't call it a boutique hotel, because it has no memorable experience or special design to it. There's a lot more that can be done with this property to make it more attractive like green areas and more amenities, but it seems the owners want to keep it very practical to serve the purpose of just an express airport hotel.

Pros:

A nice option to overnight at the new hotel close to the airport. The place is however far from restaurants, shops, etc. Taxies are hard to find and are very expensive. Air conditioning was set at 16 degrees, still it was more like sauna in the room. Surroundings are a nice country side.

"Hotel" ist mindestens vor 5-6 war gebaut. Steht in alte Baustellebereich. Manche WC - Geräte sund in schlechte Zustand. Matrazen sind viel zu fest und unbequem. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereit Personal.
