The view is wonderful and the location is very close to the meydan and ganita park. We had a car so everything was just a few minutes from the hotel. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. They provided valet parking.
There was mold in the shower area. Parking spots are just in the street, on the side of a very narrow road, but they offer to collect the keys and park the car for you so you don't have to struggle with it.
The room is nice with good view.
The bed need to be more clean
It was amazing, hotel view is sooo nice, beautiful, bed comfortable, clean, a loot of space in the room, and stuff was so kind and polite they let us leave our suitcase after and called taxi for us

I liked the central location - within walking distance of the Trabzon Meydan as well as a large, lovely park right on the Black Sea.
There was nothing to dislike about the property. Staff were always helpful, the rooms are soundproof, there was plenty of hot water and I had a sea view.

The room was not very clean, specially the bathroom, there was hair all over the floor and the noise from the street could be heard from the room.
