Four Points Flex by Sheraton Antalya Lara

Hallo,
Ich hatte Ihnen bereits mitgeteilt, dass ich nicht das Zimmer erhalten habe, welche ich gebucht hatte.
Aufgrund von Terminen, die ich vor Ort hatte, wäre es auch ich nicht mehr möglich, das Zimmer zu tauschen. Abgesehen davon, dass ich leider von Ihnen keine Rückantwort hatte.
Bitte um erneute Prüfung und entsprechende Entschädigung.

Compared to Sheraton around the world the worst I have seen. Staff rude particularly the guy who was working night shift. Breakfast very boring and not much. I regretted booking and disappointed. The hotel needs TLC and cleaning could be improved.

Hotel is nice. Everyone was friendly and helpful around the hotel. Great staff check-in was easy. Rooms were spacious and clean. Good location.

Konum olarak bize çok uygun bir yerdi... personel çok ilgiliydi.... temiz bir oteldi....

All was good.

Room wasn't cleaned once, had to ask for new towels. Bathroom couldn't even close door. Mould in shower, very poor to be honest.

Just I don’t like stuff sometimes it’s rude for my children saying don’t tach items but for the hotel is perfect thank you

Camlar çok kötü yolun tüm gürültüsü odanın içerisinde. Birçok odasında kaldım hepsinde durum aynı. Yalıtım sıfır.

Good location.Decent breakfast buffet. The rooms did not include a basic necessity of blankets for all guests. Had to request this separately but got only one double blanket. The hotel staff told that it’s their policy to give only one double blankets and no more. Never heard of such thing before.

Rezervasyonu kahvaltı hariç yapmışım. Giriş esnasında resepsiyonda kahvaltı ücretini ayrıca ödedim, sabah kahvaltı salonunda rencide edici bir tavırla başımıza dikilen personel kahvaltı ücretini ödemediğimizi kahvaltı yapamayacağımızı söyledi. Kahvaltı ücretini giriş esnasında ödediğimi söylerek slibini gösterdim. Otel müdürüyle görüşmek istedim fakat beyefendi de lütfedip dönüş yapmadı. 30 yıllık seyahat acentası sahibiyim, her platformda bu kötü tecrübemi mutlaka anlatacağım.

Check in “ den sonra valizlerin asansore goturulup odaya tasinmasi konusunda kimse yardimci olmadi. Check out “ da yine esim ile beraber indirdik.
Restaurant kismindaki tum personel son derece nazik , kibar ve yardimseverdi.

Excellent staff, very clean and near sea.
I wish the mattress had more cushioning and not be so stiff. Otherwise, I am happy with this hotel and recommend it. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

Amazing customer service at the lobby and cafe, only negative point, theres no AC in the elevator and corridor. We stayed 4 night, cleanning room was not perfect but acceptable.

there was an issue with cleaning, lots of dust and hairs on the floor. Window wasn't sealed and all the noise was coming from the street.

Yeni güzel bir otel , personel dost canlısı, yastıklar daha iyi seçilebilir.oda büyüklüğü ideal

Sırf mis gibi kokmasından dolayı bir kez daha giderim.

Kahvaltisi cok zayifti. Yeterli degildi. Onun disinda otel, konfor iyiydi. 2 gece kaldik. Oda temizligi gelmedi. Temizlik yapilmadi bunu dert etmedik. 3 kisiydik, cocugumuz vardi. Odada 2 su vardi. ertesi gun ise odaya girilmesihi icin hic su yoktu. Ancak odanin genisligi vb. Gayet iyi. Bu eksiklerine ragmne kalabilirim

odada eksik malzemeler vardı, sabun diş fırcası selpak gibi fakat bildirince temin ettiler.

Otelin konumu iyi, odalar Denis ve yeni , en önemlisi duş çok rahat ve geniş.
