Das Zimmer war ziemlich geräumig und sehr sauber Das Rezeptionspersonal war in jeder Hinsicht äußerst hilfsbereit Sie stellten uns einen Flughafentransfer mit einem Luxusfahrzeug zu einem angemessenen Preis zur Verfügung Die Straße in der sich das Hotel befindet war sehr belebt und sicher Außerdem gab es nur wenige Minuten vom Hotel entfernt einen großen Supermarkt sowie eine Wechselstube Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder hierher kommen

La posizione è centrale, utile per raggiungere facilmente tutte le zone della città. L'appartamento è spazioso e dotato dei comfort sufficienti per poterci vivere nei giorni previsti per una vacanza. La camera era silenziosa e il letto molto comodo. Sicuramente un buon posto dove dormire se non si vuole spendere molto.
Il bagno. È piccolo, la doccia non aveva la porta e tutta l'acqua schizzava al di fuori allagando la stanza. Il wc molto alto richiedeva uno sgabello (fortunatamente fornito) per evitare di avere le gambe a penzoloni durante il momento che tutti voi lettori stare immaginando.
Altra cosa da notare è che la descrizione parlava di 4 letti (5 posti letto)...invece erano 4 posti letto.
La pulizia non era delle migliori: in cucina abbiamo trovato dell'acqua (apparentemente pulita) nel bollitore e in generale non dava per nulla l'idea di una cucina per pulita.

The room actually exceeded my expectations. It's a budget hotel but it was tidy, spacious, well lit and bed was comfy. It was also a cosy temperature considering it was 0 degrees Celsius outside. Centrally located. Only 2 minutes walk to Galata tower. And easy to get anywhere else by walking or public transport.
There's no lobby/foyer area so there's nowhere other than your room to hang out.
There was mold on the ceiling and bathroom and the jaccuzzi was not very clean on arrival

Had difficulty turning off the jaccuzzi
A very bad experience. First of all, there is no elevator, and the room was on the fourth floor. As soon as I entered the room, there was a strange smell, like sewage. The toilet bidet suddenly spouted hot water. On Sunday, they don't clean the room, saying it's a holiday. It doesn't feel like a hotel; it feels more like a residential building turned into a hotel. The guy at the reception is nice, but I will never book a room in such a hotel again. When you decide to book there, pay attention to which floor your room will be on. The water and coffee are at your expense. The room cleaning was good for the first few days, but then it was bad. Overall, I absolutely do not recommend it.
