Pros:

Dirty room and kitchen. Cabinets in the kitchen are falling apart. Broken finishes in the bathroom.

Pros:

Don't select this hotel for your option. Dirty, and on noisy street. 35 or more minute walk to subway on busy streets sometimes uphill . We were on top floor. Elevator didnt work every other day. Tiny dangerous staicase. No hot water, and sometimes no water at all. Management promised to fix it every.single.day, and nothing chaned for 1 week. They blamed the city for no water pressure. They couldn't change the unit for us (no other rooms) And next door- next room a music band /managers friends were practicing all night every night. Drums and everything. I wish i was making this up.

Great AC system. The apartment is very nice, safe and comfortable. Welcoming staff and they were very fast in fixing the wifi when I had a problem.

Unfortunately, apparently they had issues in the whole street with the water system, so I had no hot water for two days. I asked for some kind of compensation since I got this place because it had “excellent” status, and I heard nothing from management.

Also, I ordered food from an app several times and no problems, but one of them, I was told it was left in the reception. When I went downstairs there order had disappeared. I also message management and heard nothing.

It’s a nice place but be aware of certain things and expectations.
