Наличие брони на букинге ещё не означает, что в отеле окажутся свободные номера.
Pros:

Местоположение хорошее. Шума улицы не слышно. На этом из плюсов, пожалуй, всё.

Cons:

Я бронировал номер на две ночи. При заселении мне сказали, что на первую ночь свободных номеров вообще нет и предложили мне заселиться к моим друзьям, семейной паре. После категорического отказа и получаса потраченного времени мне предложили заселиться в номер категории ниже, у которого единственное окно выходит...в общий коридор, по которому все ходят. Затем начались долгие переговоры о снижении цены за проживание в такой вот комнатке для персонала. В общей сложности я потерял час своего времени на заселение и получил дозу негативных эмоций.

Vriendelijk personeel en relatief goedkoop voor de locatie. Als je alleen komt om te slapen dan is het hotel goed te doen.

Cons:

De lift ging ongeveer door de kamer heen, er hing een riool lucht in de badkamer en het was vrij gehorig. Gelukkig was het verder vrij rustig in het hotel, dus we hebben er ook weer niet veel last van gehad.

Vraiment bien placé
Pros:

Le premier point fort de l' hôtel est son emplacement. Proche tram, bus, commodités, Bosphore, shopping, quartier Galata...Le second, le prix (offre booking 325€ pour 7 nuits avec pdj pour 2 personnes) est imbattable, mais à ce prix là, il ne faut pas s attendre à un petit dej complet.
Mention spéciale pour les femmes de chambre bienveillantes.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner qui n'a rien à voir avec le buffet vu dans les photos de promotion ni dans le film publicitaire qui tourne en boucle dans le hall. Par ailleurs, la communication en anglais à la réception semble limitée.

Very comfortable bed, clean and bright room, good staff.

Cons:

I would suggest that the hotel post a 'Quiet Hour".
The other guests were young girls unaware when most adults would be sleeping. In their excitement, they congregated in the small hallway area and we were carrying on between midnight and 3 am. After kindly asking them to not be in the hallway, they were apologetic. It stopped briefly, then resumed a time later. Just young people enjoying themselves, but quite unaware.

Pros:

Foarte curat, doamna de la curățenie este extraordinara, cu o energie bună care îți face ziua frumoasa. Ceai și cafea am avut mereu din partea casei , internetul merge foarte bine.. Raportul calitate preț, foarte bun.
