Todo bien. La ubicación excelente y el personal muy amable

Cons:

Lo que menos me gustó fue, que no nos limpiasen la habitación, ni el baño en los 5 días q estuvimos, y el wifi funcionaba regular

Booked twin beds but it was double bed
Cons:

Booked twin bed option but had double bed setup. Had to go downstairs to get bed sheets and blankets. Poor setup. Very disappointed. The night of the checkin, the reception told me they would do a proper bed setup next day but nothing was done next day. Poor communication between shifts and between reception staff and cleaning staff.

Pros:

При закрытых окнах не слышно призывы к молитве; утром можно спокойно спать. Есть свой генератор, так что отключение света в районе - не проблема.
На верхнем этаже есть терраса с прекрасным видом, закрытая от ветра и дождя.
Удобно доехать из/в аэропорт: до конечной остановки шаттла минут 15-20 пешком. Рядом много кафе, где можно позавтракать с 6 утра, например, Evin Unlu Mamulleri.

Tiszta, par perc sétára van a központtól! Nagyon kedves volt velunk mindenki! Mindennap tiszta törülköző várt az ágyra bekészítve, odafigyeltek minden “igényünkre”! Mindenben segítettek, éttermek, váltó, szóval tenyleg mindenben! Ősszel ugyan ide terünk vissza!

Situato in una posizione invidiabile, a 10 minuti a piedi dalle principali attrazioni della città (Moschea Blu, Santa Sofia, Basilica Cisterna...). Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Gentile e super disponibile Emir, il ragazzo che ci ha seguito durante il soggiorno. Reception 24/24. Stanza piccola, ma ben arredata e fornita di tutto. Bagno con una bella doccia e tutto il necessario. A pagamento si può avere anche un efficiente transfert dall'aeroporto. A disposizione camere vista mare come la nostra.

Cons:

Unico difetto: il cuscino troppo, troppo morbido e sottile.

Pros:

L'albergo è piccolo ma confortevole, in posizione ottimale per tutte le principali attrazioni di Istanbul che si raggiungono a piedi in 10 minuti. Per quelle un po' più lontane ci sono le fermate di autobus e tram sempre a 10 minuti. Pulizia ottima, arredo moderno e funzionale. Il personale è veramente gentile e super disponibile. Emir e i suoi colleghi ci hanno fatto sentire a casa e non hanno lesinato buoni consigli

Bagno un po' piccolino ma comunque funzionale e con tutti i confort necessari

Outstanding Hospitality and a Prime Location
Pros:

My stay at Sareban Hotel Istanbul was truly beyond my expectations.
The room was very comfortable, and the location is absolutely premium, perfect for exploring Istanbul with ease.

What made the experience exceptional was the service, especially from a very young guy Pandu at the reception. He was incredibly kind, humble, and polite. From the moment he heard my car had arrived, he immediately came outside to greet me and assist me, and his care continued throughout my stay until check-out.

Pandu is truly a treasure for the hotel, and I sincerely hope the company treats him as well as he treats the guests. God bless him and the entire Sareban Hotel team.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul.

Cons:

Nothing. I had very pleasant stayed.

Excelente localização e estrutura
Pros:

Perto de todos os pontos turísticos da região. Inclusive de bares, restaurantes e cafés. É uma região bem servida (e também cara).

Cons:

A parada do tram/bonde fica um pouco longe e é acessada por ruas íngremes e ladeiras. Então pode ser um pouco cansativo chegar de transporte público. Mas nada que uma caminhada de 20 minutos não resolva.

Também não deixaram que eu recebesse uma visita no meu quarto. Mas disseram que poderia receber no hall do hotel. Deve ser por algum motivo religioso ou cultural. É comum recebermos visitas nos quartos de hotel do Brasil. Enfim...

We would not hesitate to book and stay here again.
Pros:

The hotel was well situated with restaurants, and local attractions within walking distance. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and well catered for.

Cons:

Access to the bathroom facilities in our room was tight.
