Very very clean, really close to the metro station and prime location to get to every part of Istanbul

Ich schließe mich den anderen Rezensionen absolut an – besonders was Lage, Personal und Sauberkeit betrifft.
Was dieses Hotel aber zusätzlich besonders macht, sind auch die Gäste, denen man dort begegnet: unglaublich angenehme, stilvolle und herzliche Menschen. Das wirkt fast wie kein Zufall – als würde dieses Hotel genau jene Menschen anziehen, die gewisse Ansprüche an Atmosphäre, Qualität und Umgang haben.
Ein besonderes Highlight war für mich Sony aus dem Spa-Bereich. Mit ihr wird der Name „Spa“ erst wirklich vollständig. Sie hat magische Hände, arbeitet mit unglaublich viel Gefühl und ist dabei außergewöhnlich fürsorglich.
Jeder, der nach Istanbul kommt, sollte dieses Hotel erleben – und spätestens das Hamam dort ist absolute Pflicht.

The staff were friendly and very helpful throughout the stay.
Convenient location near othmanby Metro Station and surrounded by many shops and restaurants.
The only point to consider is that the hotel is located on a steep uphill street, which may not be ideal for elderly guests or anyone with mobility difficulties

Das Personal war sehr sehr nett
Die Gegend hat uns nicht so gefallen und mit dem Taxi hat man es nicht direkt gefunden. Man muss es immer im Navi eingeben. Es war zu steil runter zu laufen und bisschen abgelegen und im Hotel hat man immer maximal zwei kleine Flaschen Wasser bekommen. Mehr musste man kaufen. Und unsere Bettwäsche wurden überhaupt nicht gewechselt.

I really enjoyed my time at Nex Hotel & Spa. The location is very convenient, making it easy to get around Istanbul.
The hotel has a nice hammam and sauna, which you can use for free — you just need to book a slot. They give you about 30 minutes
The massage therapist, Sony, is absolutely wonderful. The prices for massages are very reasonable, especially with a 20% discount — actually the same as in outside salons. So why go anywhere else when everything you need is right here at the hotel?
Breakfasts are also quite good and definitely worth the money.
All in all, a very pleasant hotel. Would happily stay again.
What could be improved:
I would like to have more time in the hammam and sauna — at least one full hour instead of just 30-40 minutes.
Everything and everyone were amazing . Staff super kind and helpful. Very clean and comfortable room .
The staff were incredibly pleasant and attentive, always ready to help with anything I needed. Initially, the Wi-Fi in my room wasn’t working, but they immediately offered me another available room without any hassle. Every employee was friendly, welcoming, and always smiling, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The location is excellent, and the room was perfectly clean. Overall, a wonderful experience!
The only minor downside was that the room felt a bit cold at times. It would also be a nice touch to provide some additional amenities in the bathroom, such as cotton pads, cotton swabs, and a small tube of toothpaste. Other than that, everything was great, and I had a wonderful stay.
It has a great location, and the staff were very helpful
The hotel was very comfortable. The rooms were nice. The cleaning staff was exceptionally sweet. It was close to the metro, which makes it extremely convenient to get around to Istanbul.
I chose this hotel because of the ratings / breakfast. I didn’t like the price of the breakfast. When I get the booking, I thought I chose the option for free breakfast which I did not so when I got to the hotel and inquired about the breakfast, it was gonna be an additional $20 per person per day. The spa was included however you had to make appointments and my daughter made an appointment and was five minutes late and they did not let her go even though it was clearly empty.
