È stata un'esperienza bellissima alloggiare in questo albergo, dove ho trovato accoglienza e personale estremamente disponibile. Camera arredata con gusto, pulita e silenziosa, prodotti di cortesia in bagno incluso ciabatte, asciugamani e accappatoio. Per farvi capire la cura che hanno per il cliente, si sono accorti del mio compleanno e mi hanno fatto trovare una buonissima torta nella camera. Ricca colazione a buffet dal dolce al salato con ogni prelibatezza tipica della cucina turca. Davvero tutto gustoso ed estremamente fresco. Lo consiglio vivamente anche per la posizione centrale e ben servita dai mezzi di trasporto compresa la Metro. L'albergo vanta una bellissima SPA anche per chi desidera un momento di relax. Ritornerei altre mille volte! Un abbraccio a tutto lo staff dall'Italia ❤️
Ik heb een heel prettig verblijf gehad in dit hotel. De ligging is echt top: op loopafstand van veel bezienswaardigheden en ook heel handig bereikbaar met de taxi. Ideaal als je de omgeving wilt verkennen zonder gedoe.
Het hotel zelf is mooi en verzorgd, wat meteen een fijne indruk geeft. Wat voor mij vooral het verschil maakte, was het personeel. Ze zijn ontzettend vriendelijk en denken echt met je mee. Zo hielden ze rekening met mijn liftangst en kreeg ik een kamer op de eerste verdieping, vlak bij de trap. Dat waardeerde ik enorm.
Al met al een heel fijne ervaring en ik zou hier zeker nog eens terugkomen 😁
The breakfast was delicious, the receptionist was super nice, the hotel was clean and well located.
The room was a little tiny for three people and the light next to the bed too dim and the switch for bathroom was a bit far from the bathroom.
The Hotel is in the right place, near to restaurants and Pubs and the underground. The service is excellent and the cleanliness is very good.
They should advertise the meals they serve more clearly, maybe with a TV screen showing the various meal they do.

The location is great. The rooms were clean when you first get them. Breakfast is good.
We didn’t like that the room size is falsely advertised on booking.com. They’re smaller and when asking the staff about it they made us pay 25€ extra per night to get the room size we had booked which I did complain to booking.com about. The baby bed also came without a mattress which we made work with a blanket but I think if you provide a crib it would be nice to provide a mattress for it also. The daily cleaning was ok but could’ve been better.
