Unheimlich dreckig, kein Licht im Bad. Nicht durchgängig warmes Wasser, keine Kochnische wie in der Beschreibung! Kein Geschirr und Besteck! Matratze verdreckt. Handtücher und Bettwäsche fleckig. Kühlschrank komplett vereist.

Rezeption besetzt mit einer Dame, die weder das Interesse noch die Kompetenz hatte zu helfen!

The rooms were spacious and clean, and the location was perfect for exploring nearby attractions. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and overall great experience!

This hotel is not good. Not clean, at all, and I found bugs in my room.

This is the worst ever hotel I had ever seen.
There was flies everywhere, toilet smells and seat coming down. Foul smell in the room.
No designated area for smoking. Everyone was just smoking and I could hardly breathe 😪.
Reception is never available. No breakfast was given as promised when booking.
The place is on the hill very difficult to go out and about.
I paid for 9 days but only spent 2 days because of the inconvenience. I had to book for another hotel. Expedia had refused to get me my refund because they said the hotel doesn't refund on the type of room I booked.
I will continue to chase Expedia up for my balance of £112.
Please don't for any reason book this hotel.

J’ai jamais vue un hôtel sale de cette façon , c est pas pour une famille .
Problème de communication pas de passage de femme de ménage , problème de chauffage la nuisance jusqu’au 4 h du matin , horrible j ai des photos en ça de besoins . Rien avoir avec les photos dans le site c est des arnaqueurs. Je vais demander un remboursement plus dédommagement de mon séjour .

The hotel mentioned that it provides free airport shuttle service which is why I booked. I messaged them twice via Expedia app and received no reply. I called and spoke with someone who said not free and hung-up then never picked up again. I arrived to the hotel and the driver drove through some very nasty roads that I never seen anything like; the hotel is near fresh fish selling shop and very old market. the driver warned me to be careful of thieves in the area. The door was closed and I waited for 5-7 minutes until someone arrived... the room was like a small apartment with kitchen. the washroom sink was about to fall when i opened the tap. the sink was so black underneath. I decided not to shower, slept and left to the airport around 7 am while my fight was at 2 pm. I skipped the breakfast that was included. I didn't feel safe. stay away...

For one week they didn't even clean the house at all there is bugs and Cockroaches. And They don't have hotwater in the morning. They Stolen items. They give us only breakfast for first 3 days after that there is dinner. Give us any breakfast while the breakfast was included in our booking hello.. I don't recommend anyone to use this hotel.

Would not recommend this property to anyone, very poor customer service. Everything written in description is a lie.
There is no 24 hour customer service,
In description states that you should contact them 24 hours prior to arriving In order to obtain a code for entry into the building.
No code was provided although we sent email after email and text messages on wattsap, followed through by a conversation on wattsap which we then were told that they’d get back to us. We did not receive a response.
Once we arrived we had to ask the taxi driver to contact Omar who is a member of staff.
To obtain the code for entry he did not pick up the phone for hours we were stuck in the freezing cold waiting.

After entering the room it was freezing cold no heaters were provided, we had to ask for heaters which took 3 hours to come 3 of 4 were broken and only 1 worked.
We also asked for towels we had to wait another 3 hours for those to come we were completely ignored and not taken care of or welcomed appropriately.

Also did not receive any breakfast at all, complained to the staff names Omar who after 3 days provided us with a frozen burger bun that was rock hard. And rotten salad which had mould on the tomatoes.

Overall terrible and worst experience of my life no humanity no customer service at all we were ignored. Keeping in mind this was out first ever holiday to turkey which had left a very bad experience on us.

The price as right but that’s about it. Difficult to communicate with the front office staff & very noisy overall. The hotel is 2 side by side buildings but they could use better signage info out front.

Die Zimmer sind sehr unhygienisch schmutzig verschimmelt es riecht im ganzen Gebäude nach Imbissbude konnte dort nicht übernachten trotz 4 Tage gebucht sind wir direkt wieder ausgecheckt
