Хорошее расположение, интересный интерьер. Удобная кровать. Чисто. Хорошие завтраки и вид из столовой. В номере чайник, чай и кофе. Горячая вода была.
Тесновато, но соответствует стоимости. Нет холодильника в номере.

O Hotel inteiro precisa de manutenção, portões de entrada quebrados.
Moveis envelhecidos e sem manutenção.
Peguei um quarto com banheira, a qual tinha um vazamento, me trocaram de quarto fui pra um onde a banheira estava em um deck, destruido, optei por não usar.
Cafe da manhã muito ruim, no local onde tomamos café, no primeiro dia fomos atendidos pela mesma pessoa da limpeza dos quartos, fez um omelete e nos deu um prato com nosso cafe (4 fatias de queijo, 2 de um embutido qualquer, um pão fatiado, pepino fatiado grosso, 2 tomates, 5 azeitonas, mel, manteiga e nutela em seus potes individuais), nao podiamos repetir nada mesmo pois ela entregou o prato e foi embora. No dia seguinte foi pior, ela nao estava la (ficamos sem omelete), pegamos nossos pratos por nossa conta comemos e saímos, surreal
My stay was absolutely wonderful! The hotel's location is perfect, the view from the terrace is amazing and the breakfasts were very good. The staff is excellent, and the owner is incredibly friendly - always ready to help with anything. Highly recommended!
Estéticamente la habitación nos gustó, funcionalmente nada que ver.
Nos dejaron entrar 1 hora antes, lo cual agradecimos.
La habitación aparentemente estaba bien, sin embargo, fuimos encontrando problemas por todos lados:
- La calefacción apenas funcionaba estando abierta del todo y hacía bastante frío (fuera había -5°C). La encendimos al mediodía, lo comentamos por la tarde y nos respondieron a las 2:30 de la madrugada, por lo que hasta que nos acostamos, por lo menos, estuvo así. Cuando nos despertamos de repente ya funcionaba..
- El jacuzzi perdía agua por todos lados, se nos encharcó parte de la habitación y lo peor de todo es que perdimos 1 hora intentando que funcionaran los chorros. Consultamos en internet el funcionamiento, comprobamos todos los botones posibles, miramos por detrás del jacuzzi por si había más botones, comprobamos enchufes, conexiones y hasta el cuadro de luces. No hubo manera de encenderlo y la respuesta por parte del alojamiento (a las 2:30 de la madrugada) fue: "Tenéis que presionar el botón".
- La ducha, dejando de lado que casi era imposible ducharse con el frío que hacía, estaba rota y se salía todo el agua por los laterales de la alcachofa grande.
- Las luces de la habitación bajaban de intensidad cada varios segundos.
Pocos servicios más ofrecía la habitación, por lo que todo lo importante estaba en condiciones lamentables. Además, el alojamiento no nos dio ninguna solución a todo esto y nos invitaron a borrar nuestra reseña.
Our experience at Matiana View Cave was amazing. The hotel is beautiful, with a spectacular view of the hot air balloons at sunrise. The room was comfortable, clean, and very cozy, with that unique cave charm that makes the stay even more special.
The staff was incredibly kind and always ready to help. The breakfast was delicious and fresh. We would definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone wanting to experience the magic of Cappadocia.

Un séjour absolument inoubliable au Matiana View Cave en Cappadoce ! L’hôtel est magnifique, authentique et parfaitement situé avec une vue à couper le souffle. Les chambres troglodytes sont confortables, propres et pleines de charme, une expérience unique que nous recommandons vivement.
Un immense merci à tout le personnel pour leur accueil chaleureux, leur gentillesse et leur disponibilité. Toujours souriants, attentifs et prêts à aider, ils ont rendu notre séjour encore plus spécial. Leur professionnalisme et leur bienveillance font vraiment la différence.

Spacious cave room. In a walking distance of the city center. The rooftop has a beautiful view over Goreme. Simple but cozy breakfast. The staff were helpful.
The room need a lot of maintenance. The jacuzzi was not working and has a leak of water, that cause a flood in the room. Some lamps were burned out, making the room a little gloomy. The toilet flush was not working properly.
Clean hotel. Stuff is very friendly.

Przepiękne miejsce z magicznym tarasem. Bardzo uprzejma i pomocna obsługa, pomogli nam z rezerwacją lotu balonem. Od samego początku zarezerwowania pobytu miałam kontakt z obsługą, która ratowała nas cennymi wskazówkami i pomagała z każdym problemem. Pokoje czyste i zadbane, wszędzie blisko. Śniadanie było pyszne i różnorodne. Jeśli kiedyś będzie nam dane wrócić w to magiczne miejsce, bez wahania nasz nocleg wybierzemy ponownie w tym miejscu.
El personal muy amable siempre muy atento, dispuesto a ayudar y muy comunicativos.
Destacar a tarek. El desayuno estuvo bien. Es variado.
Sugerencia sería agregar más frutas.
La ubicación también es buena cerca a todo.
Estacionar es un poco complicado pero se logra con paciencia.
La habitación tenía un mal olor proveniente de las cañerías del baño.
Para nosotros este detalle arruina la estancia en el hotel porque todo lo demás funciona super bien.

女性の方がオムレツを焼いてくれて、すっごく美味しかったです♡景色も良くて最高でした！
もふもふのワンちゃんと🐶、ドーベルマンぽいワンちゃんがいました🐶
ドーベルマンぽい子は臆病なのか近寄っては来ず、もふもふの子はずっと横に来てご飯をくれと、催促し続けていて実家の犬を思い出して笑いました🤭
お部屋とトイレがすぐ横でドアはあるのですが、格子戸（ラティスドア）で、トイレの時は気を使いました。
下水の香りが少しするのできになりました。
シャワーとトイレが一緒で、シャワーを使うとトイレの床も水浸しになるのでスリッパだと滑るし濡れるので、裸足になってそこのエリアに入って、足拭いて出てくるみたいな感じになって少し不便でした。
The location is very nice and the terrace view.
The price is extreme for what offers, in one of the rooms the water from the toilet was flushing all the night, I had to turn off all the water for this, the rooms a humid smell, the jacuzzis don t work, the light is very poor, very basic breakfast.
Nice rooms cave-like, great breakfast and nice terrace. The owner is kind and helpful and has two beautiful dogs.
The round bed was a bit difficult to get used to haha
The guy Tarek was helpful and nice. The people we met at the hotel were helpful and kind. Even with language difficulty, they tried to help and made us feel at ease. We even have companions (cats and dogs-they were too cute)during breakfast.
