Nice vibes
Pros:

Nice terrace for seeing the balloons early morning; the breakfast; responsive staff (but double check what the red and green tours that they help you book include and check if you can book an airport transfer at one of the tour agencies in the town for a better price)

Cons:

Not many electricity outlets; the bed was a bit lower and a bit harder to lie on for my elderly mum; no fridge, it is on a hill which is good for a view but just consider it if you need to avoid uphill walks.

Posizione perfetta. Colazione molto buona. Personale gentile. Camera molto fresca

Cons:

Con poca attenzione in più poteva essere veramente un'ottima accomodation. La vasca Jacuzzi andava ma senza idromassaggio, delle luci ne andava solo una parte, il pulsante dello sciacquone si è staccato, la scala per andare al terrazzo aveva i gradini in legno con alcuni chiodi rialzati e la pedata in legno che traballava, una mattina è mancata l'acqua per un guasto, le piante sul terrazzo erano quasi tutte secche. Sembra proprio che manchi una buona manutenzione.

Очень красивый, необычный отель! Выражаем огромную благодарность хозяину отеля, который всегда был на территории, с ним было интересно пообщаться, говорит идеально на Английском, веселый и гостеприимный. Так же благодарим парня с ресепшена, помог организовать нам интересную экскурсию на квадроциклах по популярным долинам Гереме. У отеля есть очень красивая терраса, с которой видно воздушные шары. Очень вкусные и сытные завтраки готовила приятная девушка, она же наводила порядок в номере. В номерах есть все необходимое, а гель для душа просто с невероятным запахом. В отеле живут смешные, добрые собаки, которые поднимали нам настроение. В общем определенно 10 баллов, цена отличная, а качество проживания великолепное. Спасибо вам! Обязательно будем рекомендовать ваш отель всем друзьям, кто соберется в Каппадокию. Ваши Виктория и Илья из России!

I had a wonderful stay at Matiana View Cave Hotel. The owner was incredibly welcoming, kind, and always ready to help with anything I needed. The entire staff was friendly and made me feel at home. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well maintained. The location is perfect, close to everything while offering beautiful views. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a great variety of fresh and tasty options. Everything exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel.
