Alojarme aquí ha sido como sentirme en casa. Todo el personal ha sido súper atento y amable, siempre buscando la manera de ayudarte y hacer que tu estancia sea lo más cómoda y fácil posible.
Cualquier problema o necesidad que tengas puedes comunicarlo con total confianza, porque siempre intentan buscar una solución y ayudarte en todo lo que pueden. Además, ofrecen diferentes programas y tours a precios bastante buenos, sin tener en ningún momento la sensación de que se están aprovechando del turista.

Una estancia fantástica. El hotel tiene una ubicación estupenda, la habitación estaba muy bien equipada y el personal fue en todo momento muy atento y servicial. Además, nos ayudaron a organizar una excursión en globo y otra en quad, lo que hizo que nuestra experiencia fuera aún más especial. El desayuno estaba delicioso y muy completo. Sin duda, un hotel muy recomendable. ¡Volveríamos sin pensarlo!

Nice terrace for seeing the balloons early morning; the breakfast; responsive staff (but double check what the red and green tours that they help you book include and check if you can book an airport transfer at one of the tour agencies in the town for a better price)
Not many electricity outlets; the bed was a bit lower and a bit harder to lie on for my elderly mum; no fridge, it is on a hill which is good for a view but just consider it if you need to avoid uphill walks.
