Uzun zaman sonra yüz güldüren bir temizlikle karşılaştık konumu çok merkezi

Genel olarak güzel temiz ve ailenizle kalınabilecek düzgün bir otel, ufak tefek eksikler vardı.

Oda elektrik prizlerinden yatak başındakiler özellikle çalışmıyordu.
Üst kat wc sifonu sabaha kadar aktı.

Room has a kitchenette with all amenities but there wasn’t any dishes , pans and or other needed to have quick food or salad so I didn’t get why they put these amenities in there , so if you seeking for a place that you could to have a quick meal here is not the place!
Also I choose pay at the property payment method but they take a part of payment from my card without to telling me
At the end I will get them the average points.

Kahvaltı gerçekten çok yetersiz ve kötüydü, simitler sabahın sekizinde inmeme rağmen bayattı ki muhtemelen dünden kalanlar konmuştu çay bitmişti botokslar aynı şekilde bayattı çeşit zaten yok denecek kadar azdı

Otelin konumı güzel Saatkulesi, Kemeraltı, kordonboyu gibi yerlere yürüyerek gittik. Aracımızı hiç kullanmadık. Kahvaltısı açık büfeydi ve gayet yeterliydi. Çocuğumuzla gittiğimiz için 1+1 suit oda seçtik oldukça genişti. Mini bir mutfak vardı ama bardaktan başka kap yoktu. Su ısıtıcı, bulaşık makinesi, ocak, mikrodalga fırın ve büyük buzdolabı vardı. Tekrar gelsem yine tercih ederim. Çalışanları kibar ve güleryüzlüydü. Ücretsiz kapalı otoparkı mevcut.

I had an enjoyable and comfortable stay, and the service from the staff was outstanding. I highly recommend it. If I'm ever in Izmir again, I will definitely choose to stay at this hotel.

Matratzen waren weich aber man konnte trotzdem schlafen, Frühstück war nicht überzeugend, und es wurde nicht bis zum Schluss nachgefüllt, außerdem war im Vorgängerhotel noch Tee und Kaffee halbe Stunde noch weiter offen nach Frühstücksende, Rezeptionsdamen sind gewöhnungsbedürftig, der neue Securitymitarbeiter ist sehr motiviert 👍, Reinigung habe ich nicht gebraucht, kann deshalb nicht viel dazu sagen

The facilities are very good, the room is new, clean, and spacious. Felt like a small studio, though all the cupboards were empty.

We had an issue last day, staff didn’t clean our room, and when we talked to reception, someone just came to take the towels and bring new towels.

Utilizzato per un viaggio di lavoro. Camera bella, spaziosa e la mia al 6 piano era silenziosa, ma i miei colleghi nei piani inferiori (specie al 1) hanno riscontrato molto rumore.
Io non ho avuto problemi con il riscaldamento ma i miei colleghi si (non funzionava e la loro camera era fredda).
Ho soggiornato 4 gg e gli ultimi 2 gg non mi hanno rifatto la camera e cambiato le salviette. Colazione non il max, alcune cose che in hotel analoghi si trovano normalmente, sono a pagamento.

più che un hotel è un residence di mini appartamenti con il servizio di prima colazione. La struttura non è male, anzi, appartamentini con soggiorno-cucina-camera-bagno, spaziosi e tenuti bene. Quello che non mi è piaciuto: asciugamani "vecchi" lavati evidentemente migliaia di volte; alcune luci non andavano, quindi o luce piena o buio; non hanno mai cambiato le lenzuola, in 5 notti, benchè macchiate (da me); colazione un po' scarsa.
cose positive: appartamento spazioso; silenzioso; posizione in città; servizio taxi velocissimo dalla reception.

Good and convenient location. Need to be more prepared on room preparation, such as provide correct no of towels, waters based on no of guests. No dish soap, dish sponge, plates, cutleries provided in advance. Anyway staff is friendly and u can always ask.
