Hard to find. When I arrived at the hotel it was all closed down. The hotel had cancelled my booking as I was flying to Turkey, after confirming the booking the day before.
The area was not nice and the entrance to the hotel was dangerous

They stole our money. When we arrived, the hotel did not give us accommodation, although we had already paid for it. The building is in terrible condition.

Very filthy apartment, moldy bathroom, kitchen and very dusty everywhere. And our teenager got bed bug bites after sleeping there for one night. There is a combined sewage and nicotine smell in the entire apartment. We left after a night of stay in the apartment though booked it for 7 nights. Extremely unhabitable for human.s. We demanded a refund but never replied to our messages.
This hotel was in a great location, just a short walk down the hill from the main metro station. The surrounding neighborhood had a lively, local vibe with plenty of small markets, restaurants, and shops nearby that were open late. As the apartment is situated on a hill, it may not be the best option for those who don't enjoy walking, but the tradeoff is that it feels hidden away from the main tourist areas.
The host was incredibly hospitable and friendly - a pleasure to interact with. The room itself was well-equipped, with air conditioning to help beat the heat and a mini-fridge to keep drinks cool. While basic, it had everything we needed for our short stay in Istanbul.
The bathroom was quite small, which could be an issue for some. Additionally, the fridge in the room was a bit dirty, which was a minor annoyance.
The property is nearby to taksim square, hardly 250ms but got steep slopes.

The location is great, near Taksim. The staff seems to be helpful. The AC was good.
Cleaning, we've checked on top of the wardrobe and was completely dusty and lacked cleaning in the bathroom, especially in the drainer that was broken and dirty. We advised the property hours before to get in Istanbul that we would make late check-in, which has been accepted. No one was at the property back that time and had notified Booking.com that we missed out to show up at the apart hotel. Furthermore, the bed was broken and seemed to be a hole in the hotel. I just couldn't do anything else, as I was so ill that stayed all day long sleeping in the bedroom.
I liked staff, they was helpful and friendly, in kitchen always can drink free coffee or tea, and property was in a good location
Small hand washing, The water in the toilet does not flow well ,no view from the window, only the neighbor's wall 😅
