Très belle adresse, mais gros problème au niveau de l’équipe
Pros:

Très belle adresse : l’hôtel est magnifique, les chambres spacieuses et très modernes (la chambre Deluxe avec balcon est vraiment super). Excellent emplacement.

Cons:

Malheureusement l’équipe n’est pas à la hauteur de l’hôtel : une seule personne de l’équipe s’est montrée souriante et aimable durant tout le séjour. Ils soufflent et se montrent agacés dès qu’on leur pose une question, le service ne suit pas au niveau des chambres (nous avons deux fois du demander du gel douche puisque le dispenser était vide, et avons même dû descendre à la réception demander un rouleau de papier toilettes…) ni au niveau de la réception (j’ai seulement demandé des infos sur le service de bus, ce à quoi l’on m’a répondu « je ne sais pas, je ne prends pas le bus » sans même essayer de se renseigner pour nous. Dommage avec une si belle adresse d’avoir une équipe aussi démotivée et désagréable avec ses clients…

Super geweldig hotel op een mooie locatie
Pros:

Locatie was geweldig, je kan de stad vanuit het hotel per voet verkennen. Hotel zelf was super mooi ingericht en voldeed aan alle wensen. Comfortabel en het personeel was zeer vriendelijk.

Cons:

Ligt pas voor de visrestaurant waar het soms te gezellig kan zijn, met muziek etc

Приятный и отзывчивый персонал, очень красивые номера! Расположение совсем недалеко от набережной.

Cons:

Может быть шумно из-за живой музыки на 1 этаже отеля. Иногда музыка была до 1 ночи.

Pros:

Thank you so much from Kazakhstan. We stayed several times with our child and they upgraded us. The rooms are fantastic, there is music but it's not a big deal. The breakfasts are incredible, the location is excellent, and most importantly, the people are very kind.

We were very satisfied with all the services we received from check-in to check-out. Everything was thought out down to the smallest detail. The hotel's design was very impressive. The view from the terrace was perfect. The parties held at Le Populaire were very enjoyable, and the cocktails made by Ms. Merve at the bar were incredibly delicious, creating a veritable storm of flavors. The breakfast options were quite sufficient. They were also very meticulous about cleanliness. We recommend the Roome stay experience to everyone.
