Pros:

Lage ist sehr zentral ! Hotelmanager ist sehr freundlich und versucht sein bestes es für die Gäste passend zu machen !

Cons:

Unser erstes Zimmer war sehr laut aber als wir das angesprochen haben hat uns der Hotelmanager ein anderes Zimmer zur Verfügung gestellt und das war deutlich angenehmer

Too many issues
Pros:

Not too expensive. Decent location, not too far from touristic sites. Helpful, reactive and nice host. The TV has integrated Netflix and Amazon Prime.

Cons:

Upon our arrival at the hotel we were greeted in a small dark hallway with a small desk and big screen with camera footage which gave us the impression of an escape game room rather than a hotel.

The host then showed us our room, which was not the one we originally booked. Only after we made the remark that the shown room was not the one we booked, we were informed that the room was unavailable due to plumbing issues that had not been fixed before our arrival. It took 3 days to fix that issue, in the meanwhile we were given "temporary" room at the ground floor, in which we spent 3 nights, almost half of our stay.

This room was particularly small and borderline claustrophobic, there was not much space around the bed. It was also next to the street which was a bit noisy at night due to traffic and, because it was on the ground floor, the bathroom had a stench from the sewers system.

We spent 4 subsequent nights in the originally booked room after the plumbing issue was fixed. However, the problems did not stop there. On our last day we suddenly didn't have hot water during shower. Even though the issue was resolved by the host within 1h, this was a very unpleasant experience and it is unacceptable for a respectable hotel.

The host was really trying to be helpful by offering us one breakfast and buying us snacks once we expressed our disappointment with the unavailability of the room, however the issues listed are far too important to be overlooked.

My advice is to increase your budget slightly and look for something else, if you want a pleasant stay.

Amazing stay - Amazing people
Pros:

Very kind and friendly people. Helped us a lot through our staying, being 100% ready for any request 24/7. The rooms were clean and tidy.

Great stay in Istanbul
Pros:

The room was clean, cosy and the building looks nice and renovated. Location is very good, a lot of restaurants nearby. Also top atractions (Blue Mosque, Topkapi Palace, Hagia Sophia) are walking distance just keep in mind that the walk is uphill. The owner was really nice and responsive. There was an issue with the plumbing in the first night at the hotel so we had to sleep in another hotel but we received 2 breakfasts as sorry gesture.

Perfect.
Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay. We were helped with carrying our luggage, and the room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The water pressure was excellent, which was a big plus 😊

The staff were always in touch, checking if everything was okay and ready to help at any time. When it rained, they even provided us with an umbrella, and they also arranged an airport transfer for us at a good price — very convenient.

The location is great: there are many restaurants nearby, as well as a supermarket, a park, and a bus station with easy access to the Egyptian Bazaar. Sultanahmet is about a 10-minute walk away.


Overall, a very pleasant experience and great value for money 👍

El personal es muy bueno, nos ayudaron en todo lo que pudieron y comunicacion continúa.

Las camas son muy cómodas, la habitación es como se ven las fotos.

La ubicación es muy buena, cerca del transporte público y tienes comercios y comida a los alrededores.

Cons:

Tuvimos un inconveniente la primera noche, en la habitación que nos asignaron había un ruido continuo, se lo comunicamos al personal y fueron muy amables de cambiarnos de habitación al día siguiente, nos escribieron y estuvieron pendientes de nosotros, así que contentos.

Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at Sayina Hotel in Istanbul. The location is perfect, close to everything yet quiet and comfortable. The rooms were very clean and cozy, and the staff was extremely kind and helpful throughout my stay. I truly felt welcomed and well taken care of. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it
