Dreadful stay
Pros:

The deluxe suit had a stale aroma, there was no Wi-Fi, when we asked the receptionist to help with the smart TV as it wouldn’t work due to no internet, he said they were sending someone to fix the problem but they didn’t come and no explanation given or apology. There was loud life music outside the hotel all night till 5am, the rooms are advertised as soundproof and we could hear people above coughing all night. Terrible overnight stay and will never use this hotel again.

Makul fiyatlarla kalınabilecek en iyi otel diyebilirim.
Bir kaç ufak eksiklik olması (misafirlerin sorumsuzca kullanımından dolayı arızaların giderilmemesi) dışında,şehir merkezinde oluşu ve gecenin her saatinde ciğer yiyilecek kebapçıların olması başka otel seçeneğini göz ardı ettiriyor.

Oda temiz ve düzenli, yatak gayet rahattı. Kahvaltısı serpme ve çok başarılıydı. Personel de güleryüzlü ve ilgiliydi. Bu şekilde devam ederler umarım.

Pros:

- Hotel liegt zentral, an einem Verkehrsknotenpunkt. Bis im 7.Stock ist es Tag und Nacht auch bei geschlossenem Fenster lärmig, sodass es unmöglich ist zu schlafen.
-Zimmer ist sehr klein,es gibt nicht mal eine Sitzgelegenheit ausser dem Bett.
-Leintuch ist zu klein und rutscht von der Matratze.
-Teppich fleckig, keine Reinigung während des Tages
-Frühstück grosszügig
-Personal freundlich, bis auf den Kommentar der Frau an der Rezeption beim Auschecken, dass das Zimmer noch vor unserer Abreise kontrolliert werden müsse, da man schlechte Erfahrungen mit anderen Gästen gemacht hätte
-auch auf unserer Kritik punkto Lärm wurde von ihr aggressiv geantwortet „wir hätten ja ein besseres Zimmer buchen können“, das ist unserer Meinung nach eine Frechheit
-Das Hotel würden wir auf keinen Fall weiterempfehlen

Herşey gayet güzeldi. İnsan bi otelden ne bekler: Rahat yatak, temiz yeni çarşaflar, güzel koku, temiz ve şık banyo. Bence hepsinden geçti. Kahvaltı ve servis de çok iyiydi. Teşekkürler tüm emek verenlere.

İlk önce şunu söylemeliyim ki çalışanların tamamı güler yüzlü, çok ilgili, her türlü konuda yardımcı, hoş sohbet. Yerel tavsiyeler veriyorlar. Gezeceğiniz yerlerin tarihine kadar her konuda bilgi alabilirsiniz. İnsan kendini gerçekten iyi hissediyor. Otelin yeri çok iyi. Yürüyerek sur içi gezi rotasının başlama noktası. Ayrıca ulaşımı çok kolay. Biz arabayla seyahat ettik. Otelin hemen önü otopark. Bu çok güzeldi. Kahvaltı çok başarılı. Yöresel lezzetleri tadabiliyorsunuz. Odalar tek kelimeyle şahane. Yataklar ve yastıklar çok rahat. Fotoğraflardaki ile aynı. Küçük bir ayrıntı ama yataklarda her kişi için iki yastık olması otelin misafirlerine verdiği değeri gösterir diye düşünüyorum. Oda gerçekten çok geniş. Banyo tertemiz ve her ihtiyaç düşünülmüş. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim. Bu otele bakıyorsanız kalacağınız yeri buldunuz demektir.
