La situación, la limpieza, la atención del personal del hotel sobre todo de recepción, allí estaba Kadir y nos ayudó para poder reservar crucero , hacer el transfer sirviendo de traductor. Un trato cercano , excelente. El desayuno el comedor es pequeñito y muy ordenado todo con tipos de alimentos distintos para según los gustos de desayuno estando el personal muy atento, desayuno variado . La limpieza de 10 . Lo recomiendo plenamente

Теплый прием,радушный и заботливый персонал. Отдельное спасибо сотруднику,который помог донести чемоданы до такси. В номере чистота, уборка и смена полотенец ежедневно. Расположение очень удачное и удобное. Тихий номер, никаких шумов с улицы не слышно. Все очень понравилось.

下次来伊斯坦布尔还会住这家，推荐。
Pros:

早餐很好，服务很热情周到，对中国人很友好。原本咨询小哥如何办理公交卡，他直接把自己公交卡借给我们，自己充了钱，解锁公共出行。在老城中心，到圣索菲亚大教堂，蓝色清真寺，老皇宫，考古博物馆，大巴扎都很方便，步行可达。楼下有很多小吃店，建议选正对面的那家，小哥服务很热情，价格也正常。楼下出门就是T1轨道交通，去新皇宫，加拉太塔也很方便。酒店还提供代客订车服务，机场接送往返95欧，价格很公道。

Cons:

建议每天给房间放一瓶水，虽然去前台申请也可以领到，但是有点小麻烦，如果把这点落实到位就很完美了。
