Locatie was goed.
Op site was aangegeven dat er parkeerplek was maar kon mijn auto niet parkeren. Er was geen eigen parkeer plek. Ik heb juist geboekt voor parkeerplek. Kamers werd niet schoongemaakt elke dag. Snachts was er geen rust omdat je alles kan mee luisteren van je buren zo wel van beide kanten van de muren Ik zal zeker niet aanraden.
Otel konumu iyi, odalarda sigara kokusu hissedilse de çarşaf, yorgan gibi gereklilikler temiz. Çalışanlar ilgili görünüyorlar fakat odaya talep ettiğiniz herhangi bir şey saatler sonra servis ediliyor ve ısıtma sistemi de verimli çalışmıyordu, tekrar kalacağımı sanmıyorum.
Her şey icin teşekkürler.

Nice staff although almost don't speak English
The property is very old, rooms are uncomfortable, breakfast essentialy doesn't exist
The location is good though on a busy road. So, it get a bit noisy
No breakfast was provided at all. It could be helpful to provide breakfast
Cleanliness could be improved and the smell of smoke in the room should be addressed urgently. The establishment should have No-smoking rooms for customers like myself who have low tolerence

The only good thing was the Syrian young man who tried to help me with the problems that arose during my stay
The lights were not working and I asked for them to be fixed several times
I suffered from a major problem with the toilet water pipes. One day the toilet water pipe burst and the water reached the bedroom and the situation was extremely disgusting.
I asked for my room to be cleaned several times during the stay. The first week, they completely ignored it. After I suffered from all these problems, I asked to leave and return my money, but they refused to return my money, so I had to stay.
Another disgusting thing is using hotel rooms as a place to engage in forbidden sexual relations, as well as the sounds of women screaming that I hear at night with my family. It is truly disgusting when you are with a family.
There are only seven parking spaces in front of the hotel, and if the spaces are full, you have to look for another place far away from the hotel.
Furniture problems.. Much of the room's furniture was not fixed or installed well.. The cupboard is moving.. The sink is moving and even the toilet is moving.. The shower is old and water is coming out of the pipes.. meaning that the pipes are perforated and water comes out of them.
There is no trash can in the room, only in the toilet.
The sleeping mattresses are not comfortable for the family and there is no bed for the child.
Some of these problems were in some rooms, others were in other rooms, and I had to change rooms three times. I wasted a lot of money and time because of this hotel

The first night, they gave med a room without aircondition, and the could not give us a new room until the next day. The Room smelled like sigaret smoke. It was not cleaned properly. The toilet was facing the shower in a way that it made it impossible to use the toilette properly. It was not soundproof, and we could see outside of our room through the keyhole on our door. Not soundproof. Windows and doors and walls were dirty and not installed properly. The electrical was not installed properly. All in all, a bad experience.
