Magnifico.
Pros:

Staff accogliente e disponibile per presentarci la struttura e darci le dovute informazioni. Si mettono a disposizione per aiutare a salire le valigie e per qualsiasi cosa sono subito super disponibili. Hotel è favoloso, sono stata estasiata per tutto il soggiorno, per quanto bello era. Ha una terrazza stupenda con una vista spettacolare dove puoi stuzzicare qualcosa.
Poi per farvi capire il loro buon cuore, vi dico che purtroppo il volo della mia mongolfiera è stato annullato e dalla rabbia ho deciso di prolungare il mio soggiorno in Hotel però avevo un flixbus a cui non potevo più modificare gratis la data perché era troppo tardi, e hotel di Antalya non rispondeva ai miei messaggi e quindi non sapevo se potessi fare il check in il giorno dopo senza dover pagare la penale. Inoltre le mongolfiere erano tutte sold out, solo una era libera ma avevo problemi durante il pagamento. L’ora dopo che avevo pagato per il soggiorno, gli dico che voglio fare il check out e loro hanno insistito per restituirmi la metà dei soldi che avevo speso per prolungare il soggiorno.

Odalarda cay bardagi bile yok, ne cay ne kahve bulamassin, ortak alanda cay tum gun dendi , bulamadim , buldugumuzda eh iste
Kahvalti berbat derecede zayif, bu gun ekmek bile yoktu

La habitación es muy linda

Cons:

No hay nada cerca al hotel ( restaurantes, cafés, etc…), no dejan entrar comida pedida y las opciones ofrecidas por el hotel son pizzas congeladas !

Deberían tener alternativas de comida o aceptar el ingreso de comida.

Tout était absolument génial mais ce qui m'a le plus touché était le personnel absolument incroyable ils ont tous été aux petits soin avec nous, nous ont aidés pour la réservation des activités ils ont été de très bon conseil vraiment super et très chaleureux l'ambiance générale était super de plus la chambre était gigantesque avec un hamam traditionnel a notre disposition et une magnifique vu depuis les terrasses enfin c'était un séjour absolument incroyable je vous recommande vivement cet hôtel !

Pros:

Ein hervorragendes Hotel! Alles war einfach perfekt. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, modern und komfortabel. Das gesamte Personal war außergewöhnlich freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer gut gelaunt. Der Service war erstklassig und wir haben uns während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Frühstück war lecker und abwechslungsreich. Wir bedanken uns herzlich für die tolle Gastfreundschaft und kommen bei unserem nächsten Besuch gerne wieder. Absolut empfehlenswert!
