Pros:

Estaba muy sucio todo incluidas las sábanas y el edredón radiador no funcionaba el suelo sin barrer y lleno de manchas mogollón de olores y ante todo el día y durante la noche los cajones sucios tanto por fuera como por dentro tanto de la cocina como los de la habitación el edredón y las sábanas con manchas amarillas de pis un asco la verdad

Pros:

We didn't actually get to stay here as they had overbooked.

HOWEVER they checked us into an excellent 4 star hotel which was fantastic - so excellent customer service. Came and picked us up and took us to the hotel.

Pros:

Beds in very bad shape, including Unsafe bunk beds for children. Location is excellent.

Great time in Istanbul
Pros:

This was our first visit to Istanbul, and choosing Gulhane Suites was a perfect move. First, Ali arranged for transport from the airport (for an added fee) which eliminated the hassles of finding a cab and trying to explain exactly where we wanted to go (without being able to speak Turkish). After a long trans-atlantic flight this was big. (If you need Ali to arrange anything else -- tours, etc. -- he is able to do that too.)

Then, there is a wonderful restaurant just outside our door -- they always had a smile (not to mention great food) for us. And, Gulhane Suites is located as close as can be to Topkapi Palace, the Archeological Museum and numerous wonderful sights.

We would love to return soon!

Amazing location!
Pros:

Perfect location! Not your typical hotel. A full kitchen with a suite. Comfortable accommodations. Just perfect if you plan on being out and about in the city. Not luxurious. Just practical with the sweetest hosts!!
