Depressing, terrible. Avoid it at all costs!

We were deeply disappointed in this accommodation. First of all, the photos do not do justice to the atmosphere of peeling paint, cramped spaces and filth everywhere. Not to mention the dirty floors, counters and fridge, the bathroom was not at all a nice invitation to take a shower or use the toilet... The guest room had no door separating it from the living room, but it led to the dirty inner garden (and the toilet is 1 meter from the guest bed). In addition, we had to heat the rooms with air conditioning, as the heating system was not working properly, the cold was coming in through the window. The double bed was unnecessarily narrow, the bedding was plain and worn. The pillows were hard, the mattress was basic. You can hear every movement in the hallway and the street is terribly noisy. Yes, it is noisy even at night.
The only bright spot of the accommodation is its location with cheap restaurants and walking distance to attractions.

Overall, we do not recommend this apartment.

このホテルをbooking .comで予約した時キッチン付きの4台ベットがある部屋を予約していたのですが当日行くとキッチンがなくオーナーに連絡すると弟の管理不足だ　ごめんだけで返金を求めると部屋を変更してくれたがベットが3つしかなく4人で止まって最悪でした
またアパートのためカウンターがなくbooking.comのメッセージでやり取りしていたのですが連絡が取れずチェックインの時間になっても連絡が返ってこなかったまた朝犬の鳴き声や人の声がうるさくあまり静かな場所ではなかった

صاحب النزل ودي

السخان داخل الغرفة مقلق قليلا في الشتاء

Pros:

Die Lage ist super wenn man schnell in der Altstadt sein will. Es ist gut angebunden und hat auch unmittelbar kleine Essenslokale in der nähe. Der Host war außerdem auch sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit!

كان تعامل الطاقم جميل وراقي جدا معانا ورغم وجود بعض السلبيات الا انهم كانوا دائماً متجاوبين معانا..اغلب الاحتياجات كانت متواجده.. بالرغم من وجود بعض السلبيات لكن برأيي انها سلبيات يمكن اصلاحها من قبل صاحب السكن

-وجود السكن في مكان جبلي..اي انه يحتاج لياقة عاليه
-سخان الماء في دورة المياه لم يكن جيدا جدا بعض الاوقات يتوقف عن العمل..اتمنى من السكن اصلاحه
-الواي فاي كان سيء في اغلب الاوقات من ما اجبرني ع الاشتراك في باقات انترنت خارجيه وهذا رفع من ميزانية سفرتي واقامتي الشخصيه
- الغرفه تحتاج عزل افضل واقوى كنت اسمع دائما اصوات الجيران بجوارنا😂
- وجود خزنة صغيره فقط..كنا 5 اشخاص ولكن الخزنه تكفي 2-3 اشخاص فقط

L’appartement est propre et bien équipée de tout,je vous conseille de y aller sans aucun doute surtout l’emplacement,4 minute à pied de métro et 10 minutes à pied de tramway,plusieurs places à visites juste à côté,le monsieur qui m’as accullie était très gentil et serviable
