Beautiful view
Pros:

Beautiful view. Close to the main street and shops at marina. Clean and relaxed pool.

Cons:

Parking is on street and at very limited space in front of the hotel but stuff is helpfull. Foods are moderate, not much choices.
First night we were assigned a room at the first floor, room was clean with beautiful view but problem was windows were too dirty that ruined all view. Also this was not the room that i were booked from booking, next they they change our room but was not an easy.

Comfortable bed and quiet room.

Cons:

The hotel is ok, but definitely not a five star. The restaurant has basically no kitchen for dinner, so count only on a relatively good breakfast. The changing room for the indoor pool (itself small) is very small and you will be changing basically in the toilet. The sauna and steam room are at 50-60 degrees Celsius, pointless.To walk to the shops you will need to cross 3 heavy traffic streets with hard pedestrian access. All in all nothing major but the rating is not reflective.

Pros:

Price is on the higher end but it's one of the best hotels travelling with 2 kids (~10 years old)

It's clean, comfortable and looks new

Close to the beach and heart of the city (short stroll 5-10 mins)

Cons:

Concierge desk and dining room mixed up my booking of half-board vs B&B and they asked me to pay for dinner again

Showed them my booking confirmation which clearly indicated I had paid and booked for HB

Reception acknowledged and apologised that it was a system error between Booking.com vs the hotels system (frustrating dealing with the back and forth at the time)

Wir würden jedem das Hotel für einen Trip in Kusadasi empfehlen
Pros:

Wir hatten ein sehr großes modernes Zimmer mit Blick auf den Hafen!
Da das Hotel in den ersten beiden Tagen nicht so gut besucht war, gab es abends kein Buffet.(wir hatten Halbpension gebucht) aus diesem Grunde durften wir (8 Personen)alles von der à la carte Karte bestellen! Das Essen war hervorragend, der Service top.
Auch die letzten drei Tage, an dem es Buffet gab, fehlte es an nichts. Die Speisen waren alle sehr lecker.
Unsere Tochter hatte Geburtstag, und auf unserem Zimmer stand ein Stück Torte mit persönlichen Worten vom Hotel. Am Frühstückstisch kam das ganze Personal zusammen und hat für sie gesungen.
Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen
