Scam Hotel!!!
Pros:

We booked for 2 nights. Arrived to front desk to be told they were sold out. Advised them I had a reservation and still the only answer I got back was that they were sold out. Tried to communicate via google translate and they declined, but got a staff member who had a bit more English. Was denied a room and told they had closed their account with hotels.com months ago due to some long term group booking. Showed them a copy of my online reservation and my proof of payment, still they refused, stating they had no room available, then told us nothing they could do for us. Tried to get refund through hotels.com and they are telling me they are unable to reach the property manager, so unable to approve a refund. I believe this hotel to be a scam. Do NOT book!!
