It’s very hot weather and no fan, no AC display, so is not comfortable for me. No ventilation very small.

Excellent stay, and service, for a 2-3 days trip. Do rent a car.
Pros:

Excellent rooms, and interiors matching a cave, but still cozy, and innovative room warming techniques.
Excellent staff, very courteous and helpful.
Less traffic area, still a just short drive from the central areas. Just 1-2km from a mall.

Cons:

Breakfast could have been better. We can survive 2 days, but more than that its hard to live on that.

First of all in that hotel staff was rude and once my daughter got hurt and was bleeding but the staff didn't even care they were continously saying that be quiet. I am giving you a suggestion to make this in a school.

The wifi internet connectivity was not good and the mobile network (vodafone) couldn’t find its way to the bedroom. So- forget scrolling through reels or youtube from the bedrooms…

Für eine Nacht in Ordnung, kommt für einen längeren Aufenthalt jedoch auf keinen Fall in Frage.
Pros:

Wir waren für eine Nacht im Oktober im Lost City Cappadocia Hotel.
Wir haben das Hotel relativ spontan und spät am Abend gebucht, das einchecken etc. lief trotz dessen problemlos ab. Das gebuchte Zimmer war die Junior Suite.
Im Zimmer angekommen mussten wir leider Festellen dass es extrem kalt war und die angebliche Fußbodenheizung nicht funktionierte. Auf Nachfrage haben wir einen Heizstrahler bekommen und somit war das erste Problem fürs erste erledigt.
Das Hotel ist an sich groß und wie eine Art offene Villa aufgebaut und ähnelt den offenen Häusern in der türkischen Provinz Mardin

Cons:

Leider war der Toilettendeckel kaputt, das Zimmer zu beginn viel zu kalt und von der Decke und den Wänden krümelte es die ganze Zeit herunter, teilweise auch aufs Gesicht...was sehr unangenehm war.
Das Buffet war in Ordnung aber auch hier war der Saal viel zu kalt genauso wie auch im Zimmer.
Dadurch dass das Hotelzimmer keine Fenster hatte ist es schwer morgens aus dem Bett zu kommen, aber das sollte einem schon bei der Buchung bewusst sein.
Das Bad war einigermaßen sauber. Aus dem Waschbecken hat es jedoch unangenehm gerochen, es war definitiv nicht gründlich genug geputzt worden. Auch auf der Ablage neben dem Waschbecken war es staubig und die kleine Ablage worauf die Shampoos und die Seife lagen schien etwas modrig.
Im allgemeinen liegt das Hotel sehr abgelegen von den ganzen Sehenswürdigkeiten, es gibt im gleichen Preissegment weitaus bessere Unterkünfte mit denen man nicht zwingend auf ein Auto angewiesen ist. Es gibt zudem in der Umgebung nicht so viele Restaurants etc. also ist bei einem Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel ein Auto zwingend notwendig.

Better to choose a hotel next to goreme Village. We add taxi always everytime we go out.

The view from terrace is nice at night and in the morning. Some staff are nice.

Cons:

It is suffocating. It has a disgusting smell coming from drainage. The man-made stone or walls falling anywhere most specially in bed. Waking up with tiny thing or sands. The place is a man-made cave not as what we expected from nature. They dont mention on details. It is 15mins away from goreme village which taxi is expensive vise versa. Inconvenient for restaurants and other views. Not advisable for walking. Some staff are rude they dont speak english. The breakfast are no no.
