Wonderful place
Pros:

We had a wonderful 5-night stay at Sera Lake Center Hotel in Akçaabat. Our room had a beautiful view overlooking the Black Sea, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and provided a relaxing atmosphere throughout our visit. A special thank you to the manager, Muhammet Kır, who was very helpful, welcoming, and attentive whenever we needed assistance. We truly appreciated his hospitality. Overall, we had a pleasant experience and would be happy to recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Trabzon/Akçaabat area. Thank you for making our stay memorable!

تم السكن والتنقل منه للمنتزهات الجبليه و افضل هذه الطريقه لمن برغب في السكن في المدينة لتوفر الخدمات عكسن السكن في القرى

الخدمات قريبه ويوجد ممر مشاه قريب من الفندق يأخذك على الكوريش مناسب للاطفال وتوفر مواقف سيارات
شكر خاصر للاخ عمر وفر لي غرفتين مع كونكشن بينهما . ونيفين على تعاملها الراقي

كانت إقامتنا في Sera Lake Center Hotel ممتازة بكل المقاييس. طاقم الاستقبال كان في غاية اللطف والاحترافية، وكانوا دائمًا مستعدين للمساعدة بابتسامة وترحيب.
أود أن أتقدم بشكر خاص للموظفة نيفين (أم محمد)، التي كانت متعاونة إلى أبعد الحدود، تتمتع بمرونة عالية في التعامل وحرص حقيقي على راحة النزلاء، مما جعل تجربتنا أكثر راحة وتميزًا.
الغرف كانت جيدة ونظيفة ومريحة، كما أن مستوى الإفطار كان جيدًا ومتنوعًا. كذلك يتمتع الفندق بموقع جيد يسهل الوصول منه إلى العديد من الأماكن.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The service was excellent, and the staff were incredibly friendly and always happy to help, especially Mrs. Niveen at the reception. The rooms were very clean, and the view from the balcony was absolutely beautiful. We highly recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again.
