هدوء المكان ولكن بعيد عن المطار ومكان الطريق زحمه لين نجيه

فندق غير جدير بالثقة ولايستحق مطلقا 4 او 3 نجوم مع الاسف الشديد

موظفي الاستقبال خصوصا السيده/ نيفين ، في غاية اللطف والاحترام ومتعاونه جدا ولبت كافة طلباتنا فشكرا جزيلا لها وهي الميزه الوحيده التي وجدناها حصرا فشكرا مرة اخرى ،

الفندق لايستحق فئة 4 نجوم كما ورد وهو دون 3 نجوم بمستوى ضعيف مع الاسف ، النظافه والصيانه غير موجوده ، كراسي الحمام مكسوره والتنظيف عند الطلب فقط لايتم التنظيف بشكل دوري اسوة بالفنادق من نفس الفئة ، فندق اقل جدا من المتوقع وسعره مرتفع جدا لايستحق التوصية والاقامه به ـ فندق فاشل - مرفق صور- بالواقع الحقيقي مع الاسف

غرفه جميله هادئه مريحه عصريه تطل على البحر كان لاستقبال رائع والموظفون ودودون وتعامل راقي يوجد تكييف جيد بالغرفه وبولير لتحضير الشاي والقهوه يقع على الطريق العام مباشره وعلى الكورنيش تصله مشيا على لاقدام والافطار كان منوع ولذيذ وجوده اقامه ممتعه وجميله مواقف متوفره مجانيه شكرا على الخدمات التي قدمت لنا سوف يكون مكان معتمد.

Bad experience
Cons:

I reserved two connected rooms for a family of 4, 2 adults and 2 kids for 4 nights.

The chick-in process was very slow. We had problems opening the rooms with the cards, happened in first and second days.

the housekeeping staff did not really clean the room, even some of the towels were very old and torn.

The breakfast is very poor (one bread type for example), NO air conditioning in the dining room in August is very bad.

Wifi does not work at all, even if was connected, no Internet, so I used cellular data instead.

Parking is in the near school yard.

The pool is another story, it is not as it seems in the photos, it's small and freezing cold. They even make you buy a hair cover for 200 TL each (male and female) to enter the pool, the space where the pool is very small and it's in the basement, no windows. There are no towels near the pool, we took towels from the room and asked the reception for new one when we returned to the room.

Trop cher pour ce que c est...
Pros:

Chambre neuve mais triste.

Cons:

Tres bruyant car entre la mer et l hotel il y a une 4 voies.La chambre n a pas été faite le 2eme jour.La piscine est minuscule et les regles ne sont pas respectées: quelqu un faisait des eclaboussures avec ses pieds et plongeait ,de plus l eau n est pas chaude.De plus elle n ou rait qu à 19h!On a voulu aller au resto le soir mais on a fait demi tour quand on a vu qu il n y avait personne (et ni bierre ni vin)

Very nice stay and i hope to stay again

Very nice hotel
The front office manger Serpil Zer was very helpful and Mr Muhammat kr also was ready to help the breakfast was very good
They arrange a visit to uzungol and it was very nice
