اقامة جميلة من الممكن تكرارها
Pros:

الفندق جميل ونظيف ومرتب، وتصنيفه أربع نجوم، وموقعه مميز جدًا على البحر الأسود مباشرة، وجميع البلكونات تقريبًا بإطلالة بحرية جميلة. الفندق مكوّن من خمسة أدوار، وحجمه مناسب وهادئ.

Cons:

لا يوجد شطاف في دورة المياه، كما أن مستلزمات الحمام ليست متكاملة مثل فرشاة ومعجون الأسنان وغطاء الشعر وبعض المستلزمات الشخصية الأخرى. كذلك خدمة غسيل وكي الملابس ليست متوفرة دائمًا، لكن هذه النقطة لم تكن مشكلة كبيرة بالنسبة لنا لوجود مغاسل قريبة جدًا كبدائل.

Points positifs :
La chambre était propre, spacieuse et très bien équipée. La literie était de très bonne qualité et les rideaux occultants particulièrement efficaces. La climatisation était facile à régler et le téléphone permettait de joindre rapidement la réception. Du café et du thé étaient également mis à disposition. Le petit-déjeuner était globalement satisfaisant.

Points négatifs :
Le dîner était assez décevant par rapport aux prix pratiqués. La pizza nous a clairement donné l’impression d’être une pizza industrielle simplement réchauffée, mais vendue au prix d’un plat de restaurant. Les kebabs étaient bons, mais malheureusement assez gras.

L’espace spa est nettement moins séduisant que sur les photos. La piscine était propre et correcte, mais l’espace est petit, fermé et donne une impression d’enfermement. Malgré un appel effectué trente minutes à l’avance pour réserver, ni le sauna ni le hammam n’avaient été mis en marche. Nous avons dû attendre longtemps avant que le sauna chauffe et avons finalement renoncé au hammam, qui n’était toujours pas allumé. C’est particulièrement décevant lorsque l’utilisation des installations est limitée dans le temps.

Enfin, l’employé présent dans l’espace spa semblait davantage occupé par son téléphone que par nos demandes. C’est dommage, car la chambre et la partie hôtelière étaient d’un excellent niveau.
