Pros:

Персонал на рецепции прекрасный, наш заезд был после 23.00, но не смотря на это нас приняли тепло и с улыбкой. Я смогла рассчитаться в евро, и это мега удобно. В номере очень чисто, удобные подушки и матрас, есть все необходимое и даже больше, но размер комнаты маленький. Нам предоставили кроватки для малышей без проблем и доплат. Завтрак был вкусным и свежим. Есть большая парковка для автомобилей. Если мне еще придется побывать в Эдирне, мы бы снова остановились в Aliba.

Pros:

Das Hotel war sauber und die Mitarbeiter höflich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Für die Grösse des gebuchten Zimmers ist der Preis einfach zu hoch. Das geht mit Sicherheit auch günstiger, wenn man als Maßstab die allgwmeinen Preise für Übernachtungen in diesem Bereich zugrunde legt.

Ein TV-Gerät war defekt, was sehr ungünstig war, da wir mit Kindern unterwegs waren. Einen Ausgleich dafür hat man uns dafür auch nicht geboten.

Was ich auch unmöglich finde, dass ich meine persönliche Daten auf eine WhatsApp-Nummer schicken muss, damit die Rechnung erstellt und geschickt werden kann. Wozu soll das dienen bitte? Ich möchte die Rechnung bitte sofort, das geht auch in allen anderen Häusern.
