Pros:

Отдыхали с дочерью с 19 июня - 10 июля 2026 года, перед тем как выбрать этот отель, читала отзывы и было понятно, что на идеальную чистоту рассчитывать не стоит, но для меня это не самый важный момент был, поэтому взяла с собой перчатки, тряпочки, губку и чистящее, 15 минут и номер стал такой чистоты, которая мне необходима. У этого отеля супер классное расположение за такую цену. Во время отдыха присматривалась к другим отелям в районе, и поняла, что если поеду еще раз на побережье Коньяалты, то остановлюсь снова здесь. Остановка рядом, до пляжа 3 минуты по прямой, даже сворачивать никуда не нужно, набережная потрясающе красивая и обустроена, как для прогулок, так и для отдыха. Супермаркет прям напротив, если нужен более широкий ассортимент, то Мигрос в 5 минутах ходьбы. Улочка с огромным выбором кафе и сквером, на соседней дороге. Фитнес зал прям напротив. В самом отеле, самое главное, ЧИСТОЕ ПОСТЕЛЬНОЕ И ПОЛОТЕНЦА, хоть и старенькие. Завтраки неплохие, голодными не останетесь. В нашем номере куревом не пахло. Спасибо всем кто трудится в этом отеле, отзывчивые и приятные люди, всегда реагировали на просьбы о помощи в решении каких либо вопросов. Отдохнули замечательно.

Check other places, the hotel really deserves 1 star.
Pros:

The location is like 4 minute walking from the beach, so very convenient.

Cons:

The hotel is DIRTY, it's very outdated. The WiFi does not work, had to communicate with the staff members by gestures and Google translate. Like really the hotel is VERY VERY dirty. Bed is not comfortable at all. Breakfast is the same everyday, I stayed for 8 days so having the same thing is not pleasant. Also they don't have an elevator for the second floor, so you need to go up to the 3rd floor then go down 1 floor, not practical with luggages.

Pros:

Let's be honest , the Hotel according the price value is very good , the rooms are small but as tourist what actually do you need the room for (only sleep )?!! The service is good , room service is very good . The breakfast is available, reception is 24/7 he can help any time, the location is 100% top. supermarket is just in the front of you so if you need any thing . Swimming pool is also not bad if you want to spend your afternoon time . The sea is just 3 to 4 minutes walk .
The internet connection is a little bit slow .
*** so if you are looking to save some money it's perfect choice 👌 *** If you want to satisfy your ego, you have to pay three times the price.

Отличный вариант для пляжного отдыха
Pros:

Завтрак отличный. Местоположение отличное. Отличный большой Балкон, и прекрасный вид из окон, чайник холодильник в номере. Хорошо что сейф в номере. Отличные затемняющие шторы. Приятный персонал, хороший кондиционер.

Cons:

Уборка непостоянная: То слишком часто то неделю никого. Нет лифта на 2-й этаж. У душа нет лейки: Только тропический душ.

Bon emplacement mais manque de propreté !
Pros:

L’emplacement est parfait à moins de 5 min de la plage et des restaurants à côtés.

Cons:

Le seul point négatif de cet hôtel est la saleté !! Nous sommes arrivés le ménage n’avait pas été fait, il y avait des miettes sur le sol de la poussière sous les lits ainsi que des chaussons usagés, la salle de bain est pleine de calcaire, frigo sale, et surface (table, bureau) poisseuses. Il faut ajouter à ça une odeur de moisissure et d’humidité ambiante dans la chambre et la salle de bain. Nous avons dû faire le ménage nous même le premier jour avec des éponges et des produits ménagés achetés dans le supermarché d’en face.
