Certainly wouldn't recommend to a friend.
Pros:

The staff was trying to be friendly

Cons:

On top of the room not having a window, which was not made clear in advance, there was no soap or shower gel/shampoo in the room, even though the ad promisses "free toiletries". Couldn't even wash my hands after a day of traveling, haven't seen this anywhere else in the world. At the same time, the room had a TV set, a hairdryier, and two pairs of sleepers for a single room, which is kind of ridiculous when you don't have HAND SOAP. The room kettle was missing a lid but functioned.

Дружелюбный персонал.

Cons:

Комната без окон, но при выборе номера этот пункт не акцентирован. Ночью душно (а я была в конце октября), вентилятор забит пылью, включения не подлежит. Чайник только на "кухне" - на 4 этажа ниже номера. К сожалению нет ни балкона, ни выхода на крышу-террасу (такое бывает во многих гестах Турции). Слышимость происходящего в соседних номерах - выше чем хотелось бы.
