Hôtel bien situé et confortable
Décoration moderne et chambre bien équipée avec bouilloire et mini bar.
Lit très confortable. Seul petit bémol pour moi le PDJ avec pas de vrai machine à café et pas beaucoup de choses sucrées surtout du salé.

Gayet fiyat performans oteliydi. Sadece cadde üzeri olduğu için camlardan kapalı olmasına rağmen çok ses geliyordu.kahvaltı biraz kötüydü. Çayı güzel kahvesi oldukça kötüydü.genel olarak “kısa,günlük otelde çokta zaman gecirmeyip sadece yatacaksanız”bütün isteklerınızı karsılar.tesekkürler

ホテルの客室やスタッフの対応など、とても満足できる滞在でした。
Basmane駅からも徒歩圏内なのと、オトガルから出ている市バス（302）もすぐ近くに停車するので、とてもアクセスが良い場所でした。

Hersey cok güzeldi. Otopark sıkıntısı yoktu. Otelin konumu cok merkezi yürüyerek konak meydanı 10-15 dakika. Karşılama personelinden resepsiyon personeline ve kahvaltıyla ilgilenen personele kadar herkes güler yüzlü. Otel çok yeni temiz ve konforlu. Ailemle konakladığım için nezih olmasi çok önemliydi biz çok memnun kaldık tesekkur ederiz.

wonderful hotel in the city center. impeccable cleanliness of the rooms. delicious and excellent breakfast. reception service is beyond praise. I recommend this hotel to everyone who visits Izmir, it is worth the money. Izmir is the pearl of Turkey and the hotel is worthy of representing this city.

Very nice hotel, great staff, excellent service. Very good location, we walked everywhere.
Would suggest the addition of conditioner and shampoo to the aminities, and a variety of fruit for breakfast. Otherwise breakfast was really complete.
Reception desk was also very helpful, can't remember the name of the lovely lady present at the moment

Kaldığımız odada yoğun bir tuvalet kokusu vardı. Odayı değiştirmek istediğimizde tüm odaların koktuğunu ve bunun İzmir'in genel sorunu olduğunu belirttiler. 2 gecelik bir konaklama yaptık. 2. gün odaya geldiğimizde odanın temizlenmemiş olduğunu gördük ve bunun nedenini sorduğumuzda temizlenmesini istemediğimizi belirttiler. Bugüne kadar kaldığım tüm otellerde bunun rutin bir işlem olduğunu, temizlenmemesi isteniyorsa ancak bunun bildirildiğini belirttim buna rağmen bir çözüm yolu gösterilmedi.

Çok keyifli ve temiz odalara sahip güleryüzlü hizmet veren başarılı bir işletme

Öncesinde telefonla da yaptığım rezervasyonun 2kişilik olduğunu teyitleşmemize rağmen, oraya gittiğimizde 2bin tl fiyat farkı aldılar 2.kişi için. Telafi amaçlı büyük oda verdiklerini söylediler fakat alakası yok. Sürekli gürültülü olan bir yerde ve biz ayrıca odada ısınma sorunu yaşadık. Araba park etmek için yer yok, yanlarındaki otopark ilr anlaşmışlar ama o kadar yoğun ki beklemek zorundasınız. Kahvaltı girişte lobide yapılıyor rahat bir ortamı yok. Sadece çalışanlar gerçekten güler yüzlüydü, onun harici maalesef biz keyif alamadık otelde kaldığımız süreden.

Çalışanları kibar ve güleryüzlüydü. Odamız temiz ve konumu güzeldi.

Genel olarak güzeldi, ancak odalarda yazıldığı gibi ses yalıtımı yoktu. Yan odadaki insanların sesine maruz kalıyorsunuz. Onun haricinde hizmet, kalite ve temizlikte mükemmeldi. Konumu merkezi.

A one night city break with our dog. The welcome we ( or perhaps our dog received) was wonderful. A really happy short stay which we will repeat if we are in Zmir again.

The hotel is new and has comfortable rooms with all amenities . Ιt is housed in a beautiful renovated building near the market of Kemeralti , close to Konak , Basmane and Pasaport . From the hotel there is easy access to the metro and the rest of the city's public transport .Τhe majority of the hotel staff were polite and helpful . Unfortunately because the hotel is located on a central and busy road and it does not have sufficient soundproofing . For this reason during the night there is a lot of noise in the room. Αnother negative point of the hotel is the breakfast . The breakfast buffet is very small with limited options.I believe that in a four star hotel the breakfast buffet should not have been so poor. In addition, the breakfast room is housed in a small space next to the reception and the entrance of the hotel . In general, the hotel's breakfast needs improvement .

Perla Pura is just not worth the price, they seem to have no experience in the hotel business. The 1st night the room temperature was too cold but they said there is no option to turn on the heat since it’s ’central to the building’. It is October so it is quite chilly especially on the higher floor hotels. The 2nd night we have the same issue and it was very cold in the room but the reception could not so anything. Guests are not able to arrange the temperature in the rooms. The room we were in had a small bathtub across the bed and beside the desk. This might look cool but it’s absolutely useless considering that the guests can not even adjust the room temperature themselves. The housekeeping is clueless and requires training. Sometimes they have us one towel and sometimes they didn’t replace any of the hand towels. We stayed three nights and they never could figure out the correct number of towels to give for 2 adults, the 3rd day they didn’t out a foot towel and forgot one of the large towels. Just not logical to the guests. The pillows were smushed by housekeeping into the bottom shelf of the closet were we put our shoes and this is unhygienic. The minibar was never restocked. If you have insulin or want to keep medication or drinks cold the minibar does not get cold enough and it shuts off completely you leave the room.
The cups we used for coffee in the room were not washed and replaced.
Breakfast is one if the worst I’ve ever seen at a hotel in this price range. All of the guests are smushed together in a narrow space pushing and shoving to get some half-finished buffet food. Very basic cheapest ingredients they could find. The garbage Shute is right next to the open buffet and a disgusting often broken coffee machine is smashed in the corner. Breakfast is a hassle and very crowded understaffed dirty tables . The breakfast is not worth it. Bad location and bad planning for that breakfast Buffett. It’s a failure. They have a lot to learn about how to run a hotel and hotel staff.
