Comfortabel en aaangenaam
Pros:

Fijn personeel, heel vriendelijk. Vooral de receptie en in het bijzonder Ferhat! Heel behulpzaam en proactief. Verder comfortabele en mooie kamer, ik voelde me helemaal op mijn gemak. De kamer was schoon en voorzien van koffie, thee, slippers e.d., heel fijn! Ook het ontbijt was goed georganiseerd.

Le réceptionniste a fait preuve d’un manque de respect surprenant. J’essaie sincèrement de croire que cela n’a aucun lien avec ma couleur de peau (noire) ou mon apparence, mais je n’ai jamais été traitée de cette manière auparavant. Son attitude m’a profondément choquée.

Ses propres mots ont été : « Si vous pensez que je vous ai mal parlé, mettez un mauvais commentaire, je m’en fiche, tout le monde m’aime. » Alors le voici.

C’est vraiment dommage, car le reste du personnel a été professionnel, aimable et très accueillant. Malheureusement, en tant que femme noire et en plus musulmane, je ne me suis pas sentie respectée par ce réceptionniste, et je ne reviendrai pas dans cet hôtel. Si vous êtes dans une situation similaire, je vous conseille d’être vigilants. Tout le monde en Turquie et dans l’hôtel a été adorable avec nous… sauf lui.

كانت إقامتنا ليلة واحدة فقط في هذا الفندق استمتعنا بقرب اماكن التسوق والمطاعم والموظفون متعاونون

توجد مطاعم قريب جداً من الفندق وايضاً مول ستوريا يبعد 4 دقائق مشي عالاقدام وتوجد بقاله بالقرب من الفندق ومحل مخبوزات حلويات وكافيه ايضاً قريب من الفندق ..
الموظفين متعاونين جدا حيث اننا حاولنا الطلب من تطبيقات للمطاعم ولم نتمكن وذلك لعدم قبول التطبيقات بطاقه غير تركيه ولك الموظفون ساعدونا في ذلك كانو جداً متعاونين

إطلالة المكان حيث تطل على مباني وشارع صغير فرعي ضيق جداً
النظافة ليست كما يجب حيث اني لاحظت عدم النظافة تحت المخده
وايضا الشرشف وأكياس المخدات على ما اعتقد من البوليستر
