The Platine Plus Suite

There’s no front desk or staff,difficult in communication,can’t call on the phone have to use what’s up.Entrance to the hotel is dirty ,steep stairs, no toilet tissue in the bathroom. Supposed to be a suite,pull out bed was full of crumbs,dirty tissue paper under the bed.
When a staff finally showed up he can’t understand what a toilet paper was,curt and rude.We have to find another accommodation but unfortunately he collected our bill in cash Euro.At one point the door leading outside was stucked and won’t open,if there was emergency or fire you’d be stuck.The entrance door can be opened only with a code.Terrible safety violations.

Das WC war sehr dreckig und wurde offensichtlich nicht gereinigt. Auch das Zimmer allgemein war in einem sehr unsauberen Zustand. Zum Glück haben wir hier nur eine Nacht verbracht. Für Familien mit Kindern – vor allem mit Kleinkindern – absolut nicht zu empfehlen! Schon beim Ankommen wird man mit einer langen Treppe überrascht, bevor man überhaupt den Aufzug im ersten Stock erreicht. Auch die Umgebung wirkte auf uns wenig einladend und wir haben uns nicht wohlgefühlt.

The location of this property is very convenient for accessing shops, eateries and transport options for the major sights. The property itself is acceptable for a short stay. People with mobility issues will not be able to access the lift as you have to go up a flight of stairs to reach it. The lift itself is very small, one person and a case only. My room had no shower, only a traditional bowl and scoop option which is not ideal if you are not used to washing in this way. I had to learn quickly and got used to it (extra tricky with long, thick hair). The people I was liaising with at the property tried to tell me that this was an upgraded room, but that was definitely not true. My bed was broken and this was not resolved despite me reporting it and there were crumbs in the drawer from a previous resident. The wardrobe area was not full length so your could not hang dresses in there. The room was small enough that it was tricky to work out where to store my suitcase. The aircon worked perfectly which was a life saver! I had to keep the curtains drawn as my room looked out onto an open stairwell and some other rooms windows. On the weekend there was loud music clearly audible in the room and I was on the the fifth (top) floor. Overall, Istanbul was an amazing city, one I will visit again but when I return, I will stay elsewhere. My colleagues had much nicer rooms, so I wouldn't rule this accommodation out completely, just be careful what you end up with.

Odamız biraz dardı. Bir sonraki konaklamamızda odanın metrekaresine dikkat etmemiz gerektiğini öğrenmiş olduk. Birinci kata merdivenle çıkılıyor, birinci kattan sonra asansör var ama çok küçük bir asansör. Eşyasız iki kişi dip dibe ancak sığdık. Onun dışında oda kötü değildi. Konum olarak da İstiklal'e çok yakın. Ara sıra dışarıdan biraz ses geliyor ama camı kapatınca sesler çok rahatsız etmiyor. Kliması iyiydi. Resepsiyon olmaması, kahvaltı olmaması, odanın günlük temizlenmiyor olması (havlu, terlik değiştirilmiyor) eksi özellikleri. Fiyat/performans oteli olduğunu göz önünde bulundurarak tercih edebilirsiniz.

New, spacious, modern, and nicely designed apartment. Great location on a relatively quiet street, very close to Taksim Square and the major shopping promenade in Istanbul. Easy check-in if you follow all the instructions; the apartment's management communicated very well with me on the day of check-in and responded quickly. My apartment (#104) was on the 4th floor, which helped reduce street noise and provided plenty of natural daylight. The apartment had all the essential amenities. The washing machine in the kitchen area was a big plus, and the company even provided washing detergent. Very comfortable bed. Lots of shelves and storage space in the closets in both the bedroom and the living room. Super fast Wi-Fi. The opportunity for a free check-out at 13:00. Awesome and super reasonable rate - I paid only €38 per night.

No dryer, and the washing machine did not have any drying options. No clothes drying rack to dry washed items. No iron. Very small bathroom with a tiny shower stall. Cheap quality bathroom amenities; the shower gel tube was completely empty and seemed broken. Poorly functioning shower; water was leaking from some holes, and the water pressure wasn't very strong. Very small garbage cans in the bathroom and the kitchen. Hard, uncomfortable, and dusty sofa, with visible stains as if someone spilled drinks on it. Slow and super tiny elevator in the building that couldn't fit both me and my large luggage, so I had to send my luggage up and down by itself. Very narrow stairwell with tall winding stairs, so you have to be careful going down. Generally, communication with the apartment's management through WhatsApp was just average - one of my questions was completely ignored, and another time, the response was delayed for half a day. Additionally, when I requested NOT to have housekeeping service, it was also ignored, and the housekeeper still came the next day. What's even stranger is that the housekeeper only made the bed and didn't clean anything else, including the messy bathroom and kitchen. They definitely need to improve their communication and customer support skills.

Wonderful location ,clean rooms, cleaning every day, excellent responsive staff.

Where we stayed, all the furniture was new and clean. We did not have any problems at check-in and check-out, the employees were attentive. It is in a very central location. We were not sure of the location at first, but it was more central than we expected. Taksim square is very close. It is also very close to Istiklal Street. There are markets and restaurants around. There was also room service and you could order whenever you wanted. everything was beautiful

Here is so closed to Square and Istıklal Street . You should find everything near to this hotel. Good location. Also in hotel all furnitures are new and cool. I like this place. Thank you for everything

Everything was perfect. Kitchen, bathroom , bedroom. So close to istiklal street and taksim square. Still here is have silence. You should find what do you need. I feel like my home. Thank you for everything. Probably ı will come again..
