Pros:

It’s okay for the money ,but nothing special.

Cons:

Food was mid.Pool area was very crowded and the water was very cold and uncomfortable. The room was cleaned only the first two days and for the rest of the stay 3 more days nobody came in to clean it even when we put on the light that it’s needing cleaning.
Don’t recommend it if you have been to other places and know what to expect.

Les services ( piscine intérieure, sauna, hammam, etc)

Cons:

La qualité des animations et l’entrain des animateurs.
Un peu mollasson (a mettre sur la fin de saison et la météo difficile)
Très peu de personnes parlaient et/ou comprenaient le français... dommage (le personnel parlait turc, anglais allemand)
Les activités dans le centre ville pauvres ... juste l'une ou l’autre ruines et un musée....

Wir können das Ressort für den Zeitraum Anfang/Mitte November bestens empfehlen!
Pros:

Wir waren mit Mietwagen unterwegs. Lage war sehr gut, auch Nähe zum Strand. Buffet-Verpflegung war sehr gut und sehr guter, freundlicher Service. Umfassende All-inclusive Leistungen. Sehr gute Organisation. Sauberkeit.

Cons:

Wenngleich Animation und Events für uns keine große Bedeutung haben, fanden wir das Unterhaltungsprogramm eher durchschnittlich.

Pros:

Hôtel très beau, très propre dans les endroits collectifs. Bonne ambiance même en basse saison.
Personnel de la réception et des différents bars très aimable, souriants et à l’écoute.
La plage de l’hôtel bien aménagé.
La petite ville de Side, à 15min à pied très agréable.
Je recommande cette hôtel si vous chercher des vacances reposante en all-inclusive sans faire bcp d’activités.

Cons:

Les serveurs du self du soir, pas toujours agréable et à 20h30 pile on est clairement mis dehors..
Le ménage de la chambre très vite fait, juste le changement de serviette et un petit coup de balayage.
Draps non changé , frigo non remplis de la semaine.
Balcon non nettoyé non plus.
