We had a good time in Frankfurt and the Doomsn hotel was clean and neat. The lift was a welcome change in Europe.
Pros:

It was close to everything.

Cons:

The tea, coffee and milk supplies were very low.

Die Unterkunft ist geräumig, klimatisiert und insgesamt sehr sauber. Besonders positiv hervorheben möchte ich die bequemen Betten, die zwei bereitgestellten Wasserflaschen sowie den modernen und unkomplizierten digitalen Check-in per Access Key auf dem Smartphone.

Die Lage ist ideal für alle, die zentral in Frankfurt unterwegs sein möchten. Restaurants, Cafés und viele weitere Ziele sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Aufgrund der zentralen Lage muss man jedoch insbesondere am Wochenende mit einer höheren Geräuschkulisse durch Verkehr und das Nachtleben rechnen.

Verbesserungspotenzial sehe ich bei den kleinen Details: Einige Probier-Kaffeekapseln für die vorhandene Kaffeemaschine sowie etwas Kaffeesahne hätten den Aufenthalt noch einladender gemacht. Zudem hätte ich mir bei der Rechnungsanfrage eine schnellere und verbindlichere Kommunikation gewünscht, da mehrfaches Nachfragen erforderlich war.

Auch etwas mehr Privatsphäre auf dem Balkon, beispielsweise durch einen Sichtschutz oder eine Begrünung, wäre eine schöne Ergänzung. Insgesamt war es jedoch ein angenehmer Aufenthalt in einer gut gelegenen und modern ausgestatteten Unterkunft.

Cons:

Bett: Es gibt eine durchgehende Matratze für beide Gäste. Sobald sich der Bettnachbar dreht oder auch nur bewegt, wackelt die gesamte Matratze.

The stay was amazing, we really enjoyed the location and the cleanliness. Also everything was very modern and new. Rituals cosmetics was also very nice.

The curtains can’t be closed fully, you need one more for each window.
