Do not book any services from hotel if you are travelling outside for snowfall experience

Very Poor Experience with ITC Hamsa Manali Travel Desk

Booked a cab through the hotel travel desk and had a terrible experience. The vehicle was in poor condition and the driver was clearly untrained. Before the trip, we were taken to a local dress rental shop with an obvious commission setup and unhygienic clothes.

After crossing the Atal Tunnel, the driver falsely claimed police restrictions and refused to go further, dropping us at an unpleasant location instead of Kokhsar. This is unacceptable for a premium ITC property.

Strongly recommend avoiding hotel-arranged cabs here.

Would like to comeback when visiting Manali again
Pros:

Property itself is very beautiful with amazing views
Stag are good and courteous
Food was amazing
My request for no onion and garlic was well looked after in buffet breakfast

Pros:

Great Place to visit..location is good..staff are good and polite..but unfortunately could not enjoy Jacuzzi on this very cold weather 😔..may next time

Pros:

The stay was comfortable.Excellent & serene location. 360 deg mountain view. Staffs were kind and provided awesome hospitality.The service provided by hotel staff Mr.Sekar to be truely appreciated.

it was amazing stay and we miss it.
Pros:

the staff was warm and helpful. the view is amazing and the landscape is outstanding, i might come again for the view and the resort premises

Cons:

there are no charging socket is in the bedroom, mirror position can be better so can use the space, need more lights around the bathroom mirror.
brush bristles need to be soft.

Pros:

I had a great time there. I had a great time there, and I really enjoyed the time I was there. The location was great, and the staff was friendly. I would definitely recommend staying there to others.

Cons:

I am not sure why the food isn't very good at this 5-star resort. While they're not running out of ingredients, there is a limited number of choices in buffet. The tea and coffee also aren't very good, which is too bad because it's located in a hill station.
