They need to do a lot to stay in the competitive business
Cons:

The bed linen & towel are all very old. Restroom is not clean at all. The rooms were not cleaned at all during my stay for 3 days.

Location good, staff courteous. Facilities need upgrading
Pros:

Room size decent. No bedbugs was a blessing. Geyser and lights worked ok. Staff courteous but didn't solve the AC and toilet problem

Cons:

AC was making funny sound and not cooling but they didn't change room Or get it rectified. Toilet was stinking badly. They only sprayed freshner and left. Next day we purchased Godrej aer freshner ourselves and kept till our checkout on 28/8 morning. No signboard outside hence very difficult to locate it for checkin

Pros:

I stayed here 4days ,Room was spacious and we'll organised but they don't provide room maintanence and the bedsheet and pillow covers are dirty, and tv remote is not working properly and there's no housekeeping services.
