Golden Chariot Hotel Daman

3rd Class Service pathetic management no customer service, even the management is hopeless of Golden Chariot Daman Management people like Shabbar, Brijesh & so called owner Kingston list bother of customer concern. They don't even want to understand customer concern and list bother to response customer complaint. Golden Chariot Hotel Daman is full of nuisances people. Only the name is big. Would request public not to visit or else you will regret and spoil your good family time. This is the worst experienced I had with Golden Chariot Daman.

Misguided and mismanagement

1. Even though we pre-booked the rooms and called up several times to pay complete amount advanced, we were told to pay at property and after reaching we were given the rooms which are not even mentioned here and when we asked the reason the rooms which we booked are on the basis of first come first serve and they were full.
2. Later, they upgraded our rooms for their mismanagement where one of the room stinked badly and washroom did not have enough frequency and flow of water. Both the TV’s were not working neither the wifi worked properly.
3. They really need to work on their staff and educate them. As it is frustrating to deal with it after travelling for hours.
4. The only amazing thing was food and the view from the hotel, it was great however they ruined the dinner order later and not delivering it completely which was not even informed until we called up to ask about it.
5. Things which should be already mentioned or provided like wifi password, reception number, food service number is not given before heading to the room nor it is mentioned until you ask them.

Stayed at the property for a couple of nights during my recent visit to Daman. It is a huge building with plenty of rooms. The hotel was previously a government circuit house, converted into a Hotel. The location being awesome, rest all things are highly mediocre. You get awesome view of the ocean from the common passages on all floors. The rooms are very basic and not well maintained. The staff is highly untrained, and you don't expect much from them in terms of service. The restaurant has limited options and when we tried a couple of starters, we could make out that it was not fresh. The breakfast spread was very minimal, majority of the items being repeated daily. Surely not a place where you would like to go with your family. The place if managed and maintained well, has the potential to turn out to be a good stay option.

Service was not good .Ac not working and fixed one temperature , reception is not responding to calls and fixing issue such as Tv in both room not working ; Even after several calls not attended by any one ... Door lock is not working in one room everytime have to ask for room service for opening the door seems they are not interested to repair it .

Only restaurant food quality is good and location is nice . Overpriced , under staffed , mismanaged hotel.

Not too great but one of the options which is sea facing. I must say I expected more in terms of ambience and hospitality but staff does not care enough or aren't motivated enough to care. I had to call times for pillow and 5 times for mosquito machine that too after I lost a bit of my patience.

Highlight of this hotel would be restaurant and specially Mr. Deepak sharma. He does ensure customer satisfaction.

Don’t this hotel at all. It’s worse hotel so far I have seen. Paid for Rs. 7222 and room was pathetic without any WiFi. Food quality was very poor. Not value for money even if it cost Rs.3000
