Rooms were not clean. No water bottle provided. Breakfast starts post 7.30 am. No tea-coffee before that. Has collaboration with Auto walas on commission basis.

We had to change room as whole window was broken.

My room was double booked and they would not refund me my deposit. Stay away!

Nothing. People were rude from the moment I got there.

Cons:

They double booked my room and upon arrival told me they didn't have any rooms left. I asked for my deposit back (which an email is sent asking for a deposit after booking on here) and they refused, telling me to call customer service (there is no customer service, you won't ever receive any responses).

My advice, don't book this hotel or any around the train station. There are some nicer neighborhoods a short 10-minute ride away.
