Pleasant stay
Pros:

Convenient and well located within the shopping district. Staff are welcoming and friendly. 1st day of our stay the AC in our room faulty and they managed to rectify asap.

Comfort e cortesia, ristorante della struttura eccezionale.
Pros:

Ottimo hotel di livello internazionale, camera spaziosa e pulita. L’hotel è su una strada con abbastanza traffico e come spesso in India il livello di rumore è alto (clacson fastidiosi). Meglio chiedere le camere verso l’interno. Colazione eccezionale, anche continentale, nel ristorante dell’hotel che propone per pranzo e cena cucina malese e di Singapore. Cucina gourmet da non perdere! Prenotare perché è sempre pieno. 15-20 euro a persona molto ben spesi.

Cons:

Non ottimale il servizio di prenotazione del taxi per l’aeroporto. Nonostante avessi fatto la richiesta di un taxi la sera prima, la reception alla mattina ha chiamato un Uber “perché costa meno” - stiamo parlando veramente di pochi euro. Uber ha spesso macchine scassate, guidatori improvvisati e con la bombola del gas nel bagagliaio = non ci stanno le valigie. Mi ci è voluta mezz’ora prima di trovare un taxi ragionevolmente confortevole. Quando si offre un servizio lo si deve offrire bene.

Clean hotel, terrible wifi network and average service, good interiors
Pros:

Clean hotel, fancy decor, decent service, nice location. Breakfast is good and delicious but the same spread daily.

Cons:

Terrible wifi network and hotel couldn't fix it despite multiple requests - not enough for basic working. Could improve on hotel toiletries and essentials too.

Sans être d'un grand luxe, cet hôtel à vraiment du charme. Très belle salle de restaurant avec une magnifique déco. La restauration est délicieuse.
Le personnel est aux petits soins. Chambres spacieuses et confortables, nettoyage tous les jours, mention très bien à Naresh. Staff à la réception souriant et courtois. Voilà une très bonne adresse sur Chennai.

Cons:

La clim est un peu trop bruyante.

Pros:

We only stayed one night here but it was very comfortable.
Staff were very helpful on check in.
Room was spacious, bed was comfortable.
Tea,coffee and water in the room
Bathroom was great too
Location wasn't too bad, easy to grab a tuk tuk outside to go sightseeing to the beach ect
Breakfast was ok would have liked to seen a little more fruit on offer but other than that our system was very good.

Cons:

Just a little more healthy option on breakfast would have been lovely.

Just amazing!
Pros:

Just a few minutes by auto ricsha from the Ponti Bazaar, in a very nice and quiet area was the perfect place for us. All the people from the hotel are very friendly, helpfull and realy nice. Highly recommended!
