Relaxing stay
Pros:

Cleanliness and courteous staff

Cons:

It needs more supplies such as toilet roll (although it was provided on request). The kids keep stopping guests to sell items (which is in front of the hotel) and they keep chasing & following the guests even if you said No.

Good, could have been better

I did not opt for breakfast as there is an excellent restaurant nearby that serves amazing south Indian food at very affordable prices. I usually eat there.

Cons:

This is my third time staying here and the first two times were obviously very good. This time around, everything was fine when we checked in. We went out in the evening, when there was a sudden heavy storm. When we came back after a few hours, our bathroom was stinking of sewage. We couldn't enter the bathroom at all and could barely stay in the room. After complaining twice, they shifted us to a different room, where it still smelled a bit but not too much. The smell was there off and on, so the next morning, told the front desk. After that, they made every effort to clean and maintain the room. As they responded well, I would probably go back.

Pros:

Location was very nice. It was very close to the shopping area. The staff from the resturant to reception or security, were very friendly and professional. The facilities were amazing.

Cons:

The smell from the barbaque was making my wife cough near the reception.
