hotel is at very good place. and very thing is near by
The staff were great, especially a young man named Emre, he was very helpful and polite, he also spoke English well.
Wonderful staff, Yusuf, Amir, Gul, polite and very friendly, responsible guys who make the stay comfortable and cozy. The rooms, of course, not the best repair, but it was very clean, the bed was changed regularly. Breakfast is continental, but it is quite enough, until half a day you will definitely be satiated ))). Location is very convenient, good transportation (streetcar and bus stops in five minutes walk, metro in 7-8 minutes), near a lot of cafes, canteens and supermarkets. Very good fast wi-fi.
Nothing
Everything was disgusting, no wifi working, no AC working, the whole room was dusty, non of the staff can speak english, no iron available, in breakfast there was just potatoes, after 12 they purposely shut the wifi which earlier was not working either. We checked out 2 days before and booked it somewhere else.
This hotel should not be listed on Hotels.com. What we experienced was not just bad service – it was degrading, threatening, and unacceptable on every level.
Upon arrival, we were greeted with substandard rooms:
• The faucet leaked so badly that the bathroom was flooded.
• Despite the hotel claiming to be non-smoking, the rooms reeked of cigarette smoke, and there were ashtrays in both rooms.
• The air conditioning didn’t work.
• Construction work was happening right outside during late evenings and nights, making it impossible to sleep or ventilate the rooms.
But the worst part came after we contacted Hotels.com, as per the hotel’s own instructions, with pictures as proof of the issues.
Once the hotel found out, the staff began actively threatening and harassing my younger siblings. They were confronted multiple times by aggressive staff questioning why we had sent complaints. The situation escalated to the point where we felt unsafe.
We had explicitly declined housekeeping services because we didn’t want anyone in the rooms – but the staff entered anyway, several times, without permission. They told us to “pack up and leave,” and forced my younger siblings to pack their bags themselves. When we returned, they were standing in the lobby with our bags – the hotel was about to kick us out, even though even though everything had already been paid for.
This was not a hotel stay it was a traumatic experience. No one else should have to go through what we did. See pictures!
budget hotel, but nice and well-kept. far from the airport, but very well connected to what tourists and travelers are looking for. just a few steps from the hotel you can admire the walls of Constantinople.
right next to a supermarket, a few pubs, a bakery.
the hotel is clean, the rooms are tight, but comfortable, just for sleeping and washing.... and breakfasts! great food, diverse, filling and local - to tell the truth, one of my better experiences when it comes to budget b&b accommodation.
the minuses are also pluses, so it's hard to count them, and the breakfasts and the very nice, communicative service compensate for any difficulties.
it was very nice, thank you! :)
Friendly staff, good price and great location
The reception is great
Great value for money. It is located near the central part of the city and there are shops nearby. I like that the beds were good, there was included breakfast and the staff was taking care. A person form the staff asked me in which room I am so the safety is taken into account too. I am satisfied.
The wifi password should be taken from the reception. There can be a note with the password somewhere.
Booked a room with town view but unfortunately not good with a baby to go upstairs. They changed the room ground floor in 5 minutes.
Room is a bit small but for a traveller thats enough. Good toilet and bathroom.
Breakfast was great and you can take hot and cold water from kitchen 24 hours.
Mr hussain and an usbekistan guy. Great hospitality
Good value for money
Very close to tram (5 minutes)bus (3 minutes)and metro (9 minutes walk)
Good location with local restaurants and convenience stores
They dont have a lift but for me that was ok.
Breakfast was ok but it could have been better in terms of quantity and variety.
Bathroom and bedroom were a bit too small.
Location was great, staff were very nice. The rooms were cozy and clean. Close to Metro and bus station.
