inmejorables instalaciones y un trato fantástico
Pros:

Instalaciones expectaculares. gran piscina comunitaria y otra fantastica piscina privada para cada apartamento. Inmejorable.
Resaltar el trato recibido por el encargado que nos hizo sentirnos como en casa y facilito todo con una gran eficiencia.
Volveria a repetir y sin duda lo recomiendo. Muchas gracias por todo.

Gorgeous place, perfect location, and very helpful owner
Pros:

Gorgeous property and great location. Could walk everywhere in Kalkan. Was around a 5 min walk down to the main shops. Corner shops literally just outside the property with everything you need and lovely pool. On the first night we arrived late and the owner waited for us to help us in and ordered food for us - exceptional service. Could not recommend enough!

В целом один из наших самых комфортных опытов приживания в Калкане
Pros:

Очень комортный апарт, есть все необходимое для жизни. Полностью оборудованная кухня (если чего то не хватает - можно попросить на ресепшн, например, нам принесли терку), комфортная ванная комната, очень хорошо изолированные спальни - расположены в разных концах квартиры, что создает хорошую приватность. Утром комфортно завтракать, вечером комфортно сидеть на балконе. Вид на город и горы. Все новое, продуманное. Есть холодильник, духовка с конвенкцией, ПММ, стиралка, утюг, фен. Отдельное спасибо за то, что предоставляются пляжные полотенца. Очень понравилось, что есть дружественный пляж, на который можно прийти бесплатно.

Cons:

В апарте не оказалось никаких расходников. Ни соли, ни масла, ни порошка, ни фейри или таблеток для ПММ, вообще ничего. Впервые с таким сталкиваюсь, но это в целом мелочь.

В целом, Калкан и апарты нам понравились.
Pros:

Апарты очень большие. К моменту заезда было все чисто. Все необходимое из посуды есть. Но средства для мытья посуды придется купить, как и дополнительные туалетную бумагу, мыло, соль, специи, чай, кофе, салфетки, масло. Вообщем все, если планируете готовить в апартах.
Расположение не плохое, недалеко от центра, но далековато от пляжа. У них есть свой бич-клаб, но там только с лестницы. Вода была прохладная, но очень чистая. Рядом 2 магазина. Несколько кафе есть рядом.
Калкан очень маленький городок, в целом достаточно 3-4 дней, а дальше скучно уже в нем.

Cons:

За 8 дней ни разу не убрались! Не предложили поменять хотя бы полотенца. Хорошо, хоть мусорный бачок стоял на территории, куда можно было выкидывать мусор самим.

Veldig fornøyd med oppholdet, anbefales og vi kommer gjerne tilbake.
Pros:

Vi leide som familie på 4. leiligheten var med basseng. Det var en rolig periode i slutten av juni 2026 og vi hadde flere bassengdager hvor det var kun få familier. Beliggenheten er god med kort spasertur til spisesteder og sentrum. Matbutikk i nærheten. Ellers hadde vi bil og dette er fint utgangspunkt for utflukter på Fethiye. Kas og andre steder. Personalet med Ugur bey var hjelpsom og imøtekommende.

Cons:

Vi likte oss godt. Hvis det skal være noe minus kan det nevnes at vi var plaget av noe mygg på kvelden og det var vanskelig å unngå at de kom inn i leiligheten selv om var myggnetting på dører. Dette plager oss ikke mer enn forventet med varme og beplantet bassengområdet men det var ikke mulig å sitte utendørs etter kl 17 uten myggspray.

Brilliant and can’t wait to come back !
Pros:

From communication before our arrival to the moment we left the staff were amazing. Couldn’t help more when needed. The location was fantastic with a supermarket a couple of doors away, a great takeaway coffee shop even closer and a couple of great restaurants nearby if needed. The room was a fantastic size with 2 bathrooms and another toilet,and the balcony was beautiful with great views. The pool was very clean and a great temperature too and the sunbeds were extremely comfortable too and it was quiet enough to be able to move from sun to shade when needed which was a bonus !

Cons:

Not a dislike at all - but recommend bringing a tea towel and some dishwasher tablets or washing liquid. We also used the washing machine and the washing dried very quickly outside which is as great.

Отличные апартаменты с террасой и бассейном недалеко от моря
Pros:

Просторные апартаменты с отличным видом на горы и море. Апартаменты полностью обрудованы для проживания. Отличное местоположение:
- в пешей доступности до центра, при этом тихо и спокойно;
- в пешей доступности от beach club Yali, в который гости этих апартаментов могут попасть бесплатно - тоже отличное место;
- в соседнем доме сразу два больших супермаркета (Migros и Macros), пара хороших кофеен и ресторанов.
У комплекса апартаментов свой бассейн, там тоже обычно тихо и спокойно.
Очень отзывчивая команда, стараются очень оперативно решать проблемы, если они возникают.

Cons:

Нет выделенного парковочного места, нужно самому искать место. В высокий сезон могут быть проблемы с паркингом.

Burak was pleasant and accommodating . The apartment as spacious and the pool was lovely .
Pros:

We were met by Burak who handed over the keys. He was very accommodating, for example when our kettle didn't work he changed it immediately. The apartment was spacious with a good sized balcony and a sea view. The pool was lovely. We were given free entry to a beach club nearby called Yali. Would recommend it is quiet and unpretentious.

Cons:

We were there for 10 nights , the apartment wasn't cleaned in that time nor were the towels changed. It would have made our stay even better if that had been done. We were fairly end of season and it looked like one of the local cats had got on to the balcony and literally ripped one of the cushions to shreds again, it would have been nice had that been dealt with.

Fantastic apartments, clean, spacious and brilliant location.
Pros:

We have been coming to Kalkan for many years and Asfiya Loft is a fantastic place to stay, especially for those looking to get out and about more - the apartments are so light and spacious, the balcony and communal pool areas are fantastic, plus the free entry to Yali beach club is a huge bonus which we loved. It's so close to the local migros supermarket and a really easy 10 minute walk down into the town. Burak looked after us and was incredibly helpful during our stay.

Cons:

It's been mentioned in a few reviews but the apartments could do with a few basic extras like washing up equipment, soap, tea towels and a toaster or even a welcome pack with some bottled water. Not too much of a problem as we purchased some dishwasher tablets and spent a lot of our days out and about in the town/at beach clubs/friends villas, but something to bare in mind if you plan on staying in or cooking a lot.

Great location. Spacious Apartment. A little disapointed with the pools.
Pros:

As per the pictures. Really lovely manager who helped us with all our requests. Lovely spacious apartments. Just about enough cooking equipment. Comfy beds. Excellent location - quiet but a supermarket and the town within walking distance. Use of the beach bar is great, but you need to get there early to get a good spot. We tended to go an hour before it closed. Just about walkable.

Cons:

The private pool is tiny. We did have the end one, which was the smallest. You also can't enjoy the early evening sun because the sun gets blocked by the height of the building, so that was quite disappointing. Main pool was nice and big and you could always get a bed, but it didn't feel super clean. Likeothers have said, there's something lacking in the atmosphere.
