The hotel is so dirty and I get an infection guys !! If you want to stay alive get away from this hotel !! The pictures are fake !! When I asked to change my room the guy told me that he doesn’t have any room but he was clearly lying. Anyway Even if it was for free I will Never come back. NEVER AGAIN !!!

WC was leaking a water from sealing and the room wasnt expected .

The bathroom is soo stinky it’s not clean at all the beds aren’t clean they had stains all over them and it smelled

We put the wrong dates and when I realized and I offered for him to get more money from me but he declined and he didn’t even give my money back when I tried cancelling it

Vi kom en familie på 4, og værelset var på ingen måde som på hjemmesiden. Lækkert og beskidt! Rigtig usselt sted. Der var ikke aircondition og turist målene lå meget længere væk end hvad der står på hjemmesiden. Vi kunne ikke blive der grundet hotellets dårlige rengøring og værelsets tilstand. Vi valgte at sove i vores bil i stedet. Kan absolut ikke anbefale det!

Primeiro, eu sempre filtro com café da manhã incluído e o "hotels" filtrou esse hotel que não oferecia.
Cheguei sozinho com uma mala de 23kg e outra de 10kg, uma mochila e uma sacola. Eles me viram mas sequer ofereceram ajuda para abrir a porta do hotel. Pedi ajuda com as malas para subir as escadas e entrar na recepção, aí o recepcionista veio reclamando.
Quando cheguei no quarto: cheiro forte de mofo, sem lixo, paredes sujas, teto do banheiro toda mofada, o exaustor do banheiro estava imundo! Não tinha chaleira, nem frigobar, nada. Falta de qualquer tipo de manutenção.
Tive que pedir toalha de banho, que não era 100% algodão. Nem sabonete nem nada. Banheiro pequeno, sem divisória. Toma-se banho e tudo fica molhado. Sem pano de chão.
Aquecedor NAO funciona, tive que aguentar o frio de 5-8º graus. Quando pedi para irem ver se estava tudo bem, fui motivo de piada e risadas do atendente e do dono, na minha cara. Teria que aguentar ou pagar por outro quarto.
Fui extremamente violado ao ser cobrado para fazer o check-out fora do horário oficial do hotel. Primeiro no dia anterior. Segundo, no dia correto, ao sair para tomar café novamente fui abordado. No mesmo dia, estava no banheiro e a camareira, muito grossa, batendo na porta para cobrar o check-out, sendo que faltava 01h.
Não falam inglês.
Fedor insuportável de cigarro do quarto do lado e da própria recepção, pois fumavam lá e incalacrava tudo.

Terrible, mold everywhere, no clean, poor service, holes on the wall, pictures are fake, no breakfast even i paid advance

The room had holes in the walls. The ad promised breakfast included but there was none. The taxi could not even get close to the front door. This place is a mess.
