We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The service was excellent, and the reception staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional.
We originally booked one City View room and one Side Sea View room, but we were pleasantly surprised when they upgraded both of our rooms to full Sea View. The view was absolutely breathtaking!
The rooms were spotless, quiet, and very comfortable. Everything in the hotel felt modern and well-maintained. The hospitality was outstanding, and the bar was also excellent.
Highly recommended, and we would definitely stay here again!
The only downside is that the hotel is a little far from the main tourist attractions, so you will usually need to take a taxi to get around. However, there is a nearby metro station, which makes it convenient to reach many parts of the city. On the other hand, the hotel is close to Feşekhane, which is a wonderful area with great restaurants, cafés, and a lively atmosphere.

Super schoon en luxe hotel. Het is echt de 5 sterren meer dan waard. Ik heb enorm veel genoten van het eten en mijn verblijf. Prachtig uitzicht!! Ik wil Emel en Fatih enorm bedanken voor de gastvrijheid en de lieve beveiligers die je enorm op je gemak laten voeleb! Jullie zien mij weer snel terug!

Deluxe suites that have connecting rooms have zero to none sound insulation. Our room was very noisy and we had to listen to kids screaming until we couldn’t take it any more and called the front desk.
The front desk acknowledged the sound insulation issue. Well, they should not put two different groups of guest in connecting rooms unless the hotel is packed which was not the case.
The lady at the breakfast buffet entrance needs to learn how to salute people. This is a very basic skill in this business. She looks in the eyes of people completely with a blank expression and stops you after you went past her already asking for the room number. Someone needs to tell her how to say good morning or hello.
Hotel hat meine Erwartungen getroffen, Zimmer waren geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Genügen Ablagemöglichkeiten und bequeme Betten. Sehr gute Parkmöglichkeit in der Tiefgarage.
Zimmer könnten besser ausgeleuchtet sein, sowie die Anfahrt in die Tiefgarage könnte besser ausgeschildert sein.
Spacious, good value, nice and clean. We got upgraded for free. Very close to Fişikhane area which have nice restaurants and stores.
One time a receptionist was very nervous answering my call and closed the like before I finished my queries. Also Kunn restaurant in the top floor, they did not allow children. And that was not clear upon check in!

Девушка которая убирала номера была предельно внимательна, каждый день уборка, замена постели, халатов и полотенец ❤️ отблагодарили ее мы от всего сердца! Парни Фатих и Фиркан помогали по всем возникающим вопросам, благодарю!
Завтраки разнообразить можно. Всю неделю ели одно и то же 😆

Персонал - супер.
Мы с дочерью , снимали, двухкомнатный номер.
1.В первой комнате, минимум розеток, они расположены КРАЙНЕ НЕУДОБНО,
2.в первом туалете- нет вешалок,
3. Урна одна на две комнаты.
4 . нет стола для чемоданов, они лежат на полу, это очень НЕУДОБНО.
5. Выключатели света - это квест.
