Great stay, would recommend
Pros:

Staff were friendly and professional, breakfast had lots of variety to choose from, room was spacious and spotless, hotel facilities were lovely and clean. My children thoroughly enjoyed the pool. Great location.

The staff was excellently selected and trained. They were polite, correct, and welcoming—perfect. My congratulations to the hotel management; I hope they maintain this high standard. I will wholeheartedly recommend the hotel to my friends and acquaintances.

Cons:

The room telephone was extremely inconvenient, with tiny font that I couldn't read even with my glasses. The buttons weren't programmed to call services, so I couldn't get through and had to go down to reception. The breakfast pastries could have been better. The restaurant tables were covered in pots of strange, dirty soil, with an unidentified twig of some kind of plant stuck in them that was supposed to be an olive tree but wasn't. It was very strange, unethical, dangerous for allergy sufferers, and unhygienic.

Pros:

The breakfast was very good!
The gym and steam room are excellent.
Love the library/ co-working area in the lobby. The kids playroom and cinema were appreciated. The chocolate hour was nice. And the room's great!
It's walking distance to a nearby mall with lots of dining options and also only about 10-min walk to the metro stop.

Cons:

the swimming pool is a bit cold... the staff explained that they keep it about 26c (i think) but not sure I understood why; otherwise the pool was nice
