Pros:

Location , cleanliness, facilities and food amazing. Highly recommended

Cons:

Staff attitude. Some of them definitely needs training especially velena by the sea restaurant’s staff and breakfast team who was serving us outside in the morning.

Exceptional!!!
Pros:

A luxurious hotel: clean, modern and cozy. An exceptionally beautiful view from the pool area and restaurant. A real resort feeling. Very good breakfasts. High-class service and customer care. We would especially like to highlight Kamilla, she was very friendly and always ready to help. We will definitely come back here again.

Cons:

On one of the days we went to the restaurant for lunch and asked three times two different waiters for our order to be taken, but we never received service and ended up leaving in 20 minutes.

I had an excellent experience staying at Rixos Tersane Istanbul. The entire hotel team was exceptionally professional, welcoming, and attentive throughout my stay.

I would especially like to extend my sincere appreciation to Mr. Mohammed Obeidat, who went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience. He was always available to answer questions, provide assistance, and offer helpful recommendations with genuine professionalism and kindness.

One of the hotel's greatest advantages is its outstanding location on the Istanbul waterfront. It provides convenient access to many of the city's main attractions while allowing guests to avoid much of Istanbul's heavy traffic, making sightseeing far more enjoyable.

The breathtaking views from the hotel were truly unforgettable and made my stay even more memorable.

The breakfast was outstanding, offering a rich variety of high-quality dishes to suit every taste. Overall, I highly recommend Rixos Tersane Istanbul to anyone looking for a luxurious stay with exceptional service, a prime location, and spectacular views.

I believe it was overpriced, hands of the bathroom door were broken.

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at in Istanbul. Everything was exceptional—the location, the beautiful design, the cleanliness, the facilities, and the peaceful atmosphere that made our stay truly comfortable and enjoyable.

I would like to extend my sincere appreciation to Kamilla, Laila, and Rabia. They were incredibly professional, kind, respectful, and always responded to our requests quickly and efficiently. Their warm hospitality made a real difference and elevated our entire experience.

A very special thank you to Kamilla for preparing such a wonderful welcome surprise for my family in our room upon our arrival. It was such a thoughtful and elegant gesture that brought us so much joy and made the beginning of our stay truly unforgettable.
