У нас с мужем были романтические каникулы. В этом отеле останавливались впервые, были наслышаны о нем. И он -отель оправдал наши ожидания. Номера - чисто, стильно, красиво. Еда - вкусно. Вид из номера и ресторана это отдельный вид Искусства. Хочу выразить отдельную благодарность сотрудникам отеля- Софье, Merve и Kubra за Ваш профессионализм и доброжелательное отношение

Sehr sauber, tolles Hotel mit professionellem Personal! Schöne komfortable Zimmer und außergewöhnliches Frühstück!
Definitiv zu empfehlen 👌

Cons:

Es wurde noch viel renoviert bzw. gebaut im Umfeld. Wird wahrscheinlich eher im Winter ein Thema sein.

Прежде всего хочется отметить великолепный сервис и настоящую клиент-ориентированность команды. Здесь действительно чувствуешь внимание к каждой детали и искреннее желание сделать отдых гостей особенным.

Отдельная благодарность девушке София. Она невероятно внимательная, тактичная и профессиональная. София всегда рядом, готова помочь и решить любой вопрос — кажется, что для гостей она способна даже «достать луну с неба». Благодаря таким людям сервис в отеле ощущается на совершенно другом уровне.

Также невозможно не отметить потрясающие виды и атмосферу — место, где хочется просто остановиться на мгновение и наслаждаться красотой вокруг.

Спасибо всей команде за эмоции, заботу и ощущение настоящего гостеприимства. Сюда хочется возвращаться снова.

Очень понравился отель. Находится в новом районе, в живописном месте, на берегу Босфора. Сервис на высшем уровне. Очень хотелось бы отметить нашего менеджера Пелин, она сделала наше пребывание незабываемым! Пелин сделала нам апгрейд номера и на протяжении всего пребывания очень заботилась обо всех мелочах! Пелин, спасибо огромное!

Wir kommen wieder und geben allen nochmals eine Chance

Die Lage, das neu konzipierte Projekt der Anlage und die Architektur des Hotels ist mehr als sehenswert.

Cons:

Das Personal gab sich Mühe alle Wünsche zu erfüllen. Es klappte nicht alles wie gewünscht und so hat sich die Mühe in Passivität gewandelt. Solange man nichts sagte, passierte nichts.
