Extraordinary hotel overall, new modern zone in Istanbul, but for patient ones.
Pros:

Extraordinary breakfast, excellent location - new modern zone in Istanbul, heated pool, many restaurants around to choose. Tersane offers many attractions, especially for the families.

Cons:

Waiting for everything for too long. If they tell you that you have to wait 10 minutes you will wait an hour, extremely slow service, although the staff makes their best. Maybe it was the peak of the season, but we simply did not like waiting for room to be arranged, for the keys, for the luggage.

Pros:

Sehr gutes Personal und guter Service ! Sehr modernes luxuriöses Hotel wie man es aus Dubai kennt. Für 3-4 Tage Aufenthalt in Istanbul super !
Hervorzuheben hier sind Guest Relation Managerin Pelin + Leyla !

Pros:

The young people at the gate were quick in welcoming us and helping us with our bags... I was really impressed.also the reception team , Mr. Fateh and Mrs. Layla, was very helpful and the make our check in progress too fast , the amazing thing in this hotel are the clean and smelly faces

سيئة ولا يمكن اعيد التجربه

اسوأ تجربه جربتها في الصيف
عدم اهتمام للغرف و عدم استجابه ولازم انتظر يوم كامل عشان توصلني الاغراض من الريسبشن اللي أنا طالبتها .. يتم تنظيف الغرف و يخلون طاوله الاكل مثل ماهي للأسف مايطلعونها برا الغرفه مع العلم هذي ثالث مره اسكن ولكن هذي المره اختلفو علي بشكل واضح جدا جدا جدا للأسف اسواء تجربه لذلك انصح بالاقامه في فندق إيلي اللي جنبه مباشره احلى خدمه و احلى نظافه و احلى فيو و احلى غرف
