I had an excellent stay at the Rixos hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional ( Mohamad), the room was spotless and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and welcoming. The location was convenient, and all the facilities exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and comfortable experience.

Шикарный отель! Современный, новый и самое для меня важное - тихий район (после сумасшедшего Стамбула, в этом район идеально жить). С первых минут мы были окружены вниманием персонала! Очень красивый, комфортный и просторный номер, где есть все необходимое! Хорошие качественные завтраки, напитки приносили официанты, всегда быстро. Девушки из Guest Relations Софья и Пелин всегда были на связи и помогали по всем вопросам, что сделало отдых еще более классным, так как вопросы всегда решались очень быстро и была предоставлена вся информация об отеле и услугах, так же девушки присылали информацию, когда был большой трафик в городе, с предупреждением, оперативно реагировали на просьбы и отвечали на вопросы! В этом отеле каждый гость чувствует себя особенным и важным! Спасибо девушкам за комплемент и подарочек присланный нам в номер! Обязательно веремся!

My stay at Rixos Istanbul was truly exceptional. Everything exceeded expectations — the room was spotless and very comfortable, the staff were welcoming and genuinely kind, and the overall atmosphere was amazing.

The food was delicious, especially the breakfast which stood out with great variety and quality. The restaurants were also very enjoyable.

A special thank you to Pelin for taking such great care of us throughout our stay. Her attention and support made our experience even more memorable.

Всё замечательно! Место расположение, интерьер,рестораны! Рядом торговый Молл и детский развлекательный центр Nickelodeon просто супер! Особенное спасибо парням Артёму и Мохаммеду которые сопровождали нас весь отдых и делали наш отдых максимально комфортным! А так же Софии подсказывала супруге по шоппингу)
