The hotel is very modern and sophisticated. Our room had the best view of the city and Bosphorus. Breakfast was great and manager of the restaurant had a special fruit purée for my 9 month old baby. The housekeeping team made sure that our room is comfortable for a stay with a little one.

Cons:

A little windy but it’s not a property issue.

Pros:

Отель оставил максимально приятное впечатление — всё на очень высоком уровне. Дизайн, атмосфера, сервис — чувствуется, что это действительно продуманное и стильное место. Очень понравилась сама территория и пространство вокруг: красиво, спокойно, при этом всё современно и с ощущением уровня.

Отдельно хочется отметить менеджера Софью — профессионал своего дела. Очень внимательная, отзывчивая, помогала во всех вопросах и создала ощущение настоящего сервиса и заботы.

В целом — отель действительно крутой, сюда хочется возвращаться.

Otel oldukça şık rahat ve kahvaltı gayet yeterli. Personel güleryüzlü ve yardımsever.

Cons:

Cocuk mini clubı otelin içerisinde degil. Candy adında cok sınırlı imkanları olan biryer ve otel disinda. Ayrıca otelin bir kapalı havuz hamam vb spası yok. Diğer kaldığımız rixoslarla kıyaslamak mümkün degil bu anlamda maalesef.

اشكر الاستاذة صوفيا من خدمة العملاء و الاستاذ محمد من الاستقبال على حسن تعاملهم و رقيهم 🙏🙏 زيارتي كانت 3 أيام من احلى الاوتيلات اللي سكنت فيها مكان و فيو مميز و خدمة اكثر من رائعة اقيم الاوتيل 10/10 الاوتيل كان متواصل معي من قبل الوصول و حتى بعد الاقامه حريصين جدا ان يكون كل شي تمام 👍🙏

An excellent vacation. The location is amazing and taxis are easy to find. The people were kind and generous.
Pros:

The location in Tersane. The views. The staff were knowledgeable and the breakfast was majestic and truly amazing. Hotel is new. Everything worked perfectly. Mustafa the room steward was so polite and kept the room in perfect condition.

Cons:

Nothing. Everything was fine. Bathroom was a bit cramped but otherwise this is a minor issue.

Rixos Tersane Istanbul’da erkek arkadaşımın doğum günü vesilesiyle bir gece konakladık. Genel olarak konaklamamızdan son derece memnun kaldık. Odamız ve doğum günü için talep ettiğim özel süsleme dahil olmak üzere her şey özenle hazırlanmıştı ve beklentilerimizi karşıladı. Otele giriş yaptığımız andan itibaren son derece ilgili ve profesyonel bir karşılama ile karşılaştık. Kahvaltı deneyimimiz de oldukça başarılıydı; sunulan çeşitlilik ve kalite beklentimizin üzerindeydi. Ayrıca bu süreçte Misafir İlişkileri’nden Pelin Hanım’a da geri bildirimlerimizi iletme fırsatımız oldu. Kendisinin yapıcı, anlayışlı ve profesyonel yaklaşımı için ayrıca teşekkür etmek isterim.

Cons:

Bununla birlikte, geliştirilmesi gerektiğini düşündüğüm bazı noktalar da oldu. Doğum günü süslemesi için ek ödeme yapmam gerektiği WhatsApp üzerinden önceden belirtilmişti, ancak bu ödemenin yalnızca nakit olarak yapılabileceği bilgisi paylaşılmamıştı. Check-in sırasında bunun nakit olarak talep edilmesi, önceden bildirilmemiş bir detay olduğu için beni zor durumda bıraktı. Check-out sırasında Josephine Restaurant’ta kahve içmek istediğimizde ise, terasa nasıl geçebileceğimizi sorduğumuzda bize nazik olmayan bir üslupla terasın dolu ve rezervasyonlu olduğu ifade edildi. Otel misafiri olduğumuzu belirtmemizin ardından tavır bir miktar düzelse de ilk yaklaşımı böyle bir otele yakıştıramadım. Ayrıca, çıkış sırasında otelde konaklamış olmamıza rağmen vale ücreti talep edilmesi de bizi şaşırttı. İstanbul’daki birçok beş yıldızlı otelde karşılaşmadığımız bu uygulama bizim adımıza memnuniyetsizlik yarattı.
